So, say I have High-Functioning Autism, severe anxiety/depression and am Flat-Footed (which tires me out quicker, since my job requires me to stand up for long periods of time), do I stand a chance for SSDI Approval?

Great video! I was diagnosed with 3 cancers at once almost 3 years ago. (Pancreas, liver and head & neck). I was surprised to get the review so soon. I have a short window to return the paperwork. As a result of the cancers, lots of other conditions evolved including Diabetes, neuropathy, chronic fatigue and more. Thanks for all of your dedicated work.

I tried to sign up on the Page but Im not getting the emails. I have a reevaluation scheduled today for Social Security to see their psychiatrist and I just found your videos I was wondering if you could tell me please if when you suggested having my doctor right a letter you meant to send that to the psych who was doing my reevaluation or to the Social Security Office after I get the reevaluation by the SSA psych doctor. I was also wonderingto meet the listing for anxiety is there a time limit where you have to have been to the psychiatric ward and had suicides attempt Etc for example is it possible for them to say since I hadn’t had any inpatient stays in a few years I no longer meet the listing? even though I still havethe the PTSD and anxiety and take the medication.

What exactly, is a " compassionate allowance?" in legal terms. My primary conditions are bipolar disorder, and PTSD, but I have since been diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, ddd, and IBS.

one more question I have is they give me this lengthy thing to fill out for the site doctor for the reevaluation for my past history how far back should I fill it out should I bring in records as far back as I can or just the last 12 months or should I be as detailed as specific as possible

I have Emery Driefuss Muscular Dystrophy with muscle wasting and heart involvement. I am having to go to have a mental eval as well as a comprehensive internal medical exam for my SSDI review. I am not represented nor do I have an advocate. I thought this would be a no brainer for approval, but I am on month 6 since applying and now having to go to their doctors. Do you represent in Wisconsin? Will I need representation for such conditions?
