2024 brings new marijuana regulations in Colorado

The biggest change is marijuana products will now have a “use by” date label. The date — which is for quality and freshness, not expiration — has to be within nine months of packaging.

Colorado needs to look at their driving under suspicion laws for marijuana, because what our law is does not make any sense at all, and is causing innocent people to have a record. If Colorado doesn’t start aligning the laws with the legalization of marijuana, other states well, and we won’t have any standing in the industry.

This needed to happen. I’ve been sold too many degraded concentrates. All products are non-returnable. It’s a rip-off and some dispensaries have taken full advantage (looking at you, Rocky Mountain Cannabis).

so dumb, they should be able to sell as much as they want. at least like 5 oz per customer.

Here in Kentucky, we still have counties banning the sale of alcohol. All it does is greatly increase illegal sales, and people driving farther to more sane counties. It is caused by the Baptist religion deciding alcohol is a sin, even though the old and new testament have several parts about wine, including Jesus turning water to wine at a wedding reception. It is true some way overuse it and mess up their life, but this happens if it is illegal too.

Why can’t politicians do nothing when there is nothing to do. A use by date is ridiculous.

Pointless stickers lol. Marijuana ages like wine, not like milk. It only gets better. Curing is a thing.
