Great video. Very informative. Like the explanation images and the examples of bad practice that can lead to kneck pain. I suffer from left side kneck pain which comes and goes. Difficult to diagnose. GP just gives out pain killers which is not the long term solution. Will try these exercises and hopefully get back to a normal pain free life. Many thanks for posting the video π
