I’ve been doing all these excercises for the past 2 years… My hip dips are more noticeable than before smh . Hip dips do not go away 🤷 they are associated with the shape of your bones, you can’t do nothing to change that

When I do the squats my knees become painful in the joint ,and after I do the exercise I cannot walk on the stairs because of the pain on my knees. Kindly help me
