There are lots of benefits to legalizing cannabis. It can cure health problems and has many benefits, especially for physical and mental health.
The one thing about this debate that blows my mind is how the US Govt is blowing away a great deal of taxes. You see once Canada made it legal they were actually able to pay off their national debt. This is a fact and I encourage anyone who doubts this to check for yourself. Even the Pot Industry says the Feds could be making as much as $1 Billion US Dollars in new taxes. In these days of climbing US Debt we are actually saying no to a new source of revenue.
Avg price of Michigan legal pot retail is $110 oz. 2 years ago it was $280. Shops mostly support Black Wall St.
