When this episode came out they said that it was the return of SNL. I don’t know who ( they) were . Lol talk radio & such .
One day I was driving home, when all the sudden the Lord came to me in spirit.
I felt very close to Him.
I knew if I asked him to play any song on the radio he would.
So I said "ok, Lord play "Come as you are by Nirvana".
I turned on my radio, turned up the volume, and the song started playing right there on the spot, perfectly.
His presence was holy and as he stayed with me, I started getting flooded on the inside with chills, like a waterfall.
He stayed with me ’til I got outta the car. Had me cryin like a little kid. It was Jesus 100%.
i wish yt had all of SNL episodes of richard
The Gordster "My Kids Aren’t Getting Any of My Money" Sumnerino
I like that Sting seemed to be enjoying how goofy the bit was, good sport.
They did one with Macaulay Culkin as Rich as a kid and it was hilarious
Making Copies
This skit is SO FREAKING STUPID
I love it
Sting broke on the final line of the sketch. The sting a ling a ding ding ding dong line got a genuine laugh from Sting.
I remember this sketch. It was brilliant. Anyone could instantly copy this and have a lot of fun goofing around with their family or friends. I remember seeing this on SNL and the next week at school all the kids were doing this bit. It was fun. It’s like this are great because anyone can instantly copy it and make it their own and have some fun with it and it becomes a pop culture thing.
For anyone interested check out the fly on the wall podcast where Dana Carvey and David Spade talk SNL. Rob Schneider was just on their podcast and they discussed the origin of this bit as well as many other things.
Dick Lamer
One of the most underrated sketches ever.
It’s weird that the Richmeister’s last name is Lamer
😂
Pov: ur here because of ivana chubbucks book
My siblings got me a notepad with Rob Schneider, it said "look at the notanater making notes" 😆
Making CoPeeeeeis
Proof that SNL has always been shit.
The sandstress was the best 🤣 I cant count how many times me and my buddies said this stuff to each other 😂 i just got thru textin it to them again after all these years
Came here from family guy cause I wanted to know the reference. It’s a pretty cringe skit of Rob if you ask me :S
When SNL was funny and not a political tool for the left
Steppin’ in Sheep Droppings~
RIP Phil Hartman
The Stinger! The Sting-man! Stingo! Leaving your bandmates behind like a douchebag. The Stingdouche!
I think what kills me about this is Sting just working in an office, making copies. He’s not playing an office worker–he’s Sting, the internationally famous rock star, making photocopies in a bog-standard office.
This sketch is irredeemably bad
Today we can recognize that Richard was on the autistic spectrum and this was his coping mechanism for dealing with human contact.
I saw this when it aired. I recall Sting couldn’t keep a straight face and they had to cut to commercial immediately.
Kind of surprised Rob never got a best of DVD pretty much every else that he worked with on SNL got one
Huge Xmen TAS fan but it took me 30 years to realize Morphs “Makin copies.” line was an SNL reference.
I can remember at least a dozen times where one or more of my colleagues would break into that routine around the copy machine. 😜
Kind of a waste of Sting. Could have come up with some better Sting-isms.
A lot of people say US comedy is trash and i always dissagree, Then i watch a SNL Sketch and i’m reminded of just how trash US comedy can be.
Now he is a crazy Trumper
Schneider has got to be the least funny cast member of the entire run of SNL thus far.
This is the only way to survive working in an office for 3 months. After that? quit.
You know how I found this? I plugged in Sting aling a ding dong.
I just watched this video because Rob Schneider was referenced in an article on another website. There wasn’t one single moment in this sketch that was in the least bit humorous. If there was ever a true definition of "nothing burger", it could be this video. How pathetic. I hope the audience didn’t pay money to see this drivel.
Come on, what about "The ExSTINGuisher"! It was right there.
Sting making copies is too funny! haha!
To this day, if I make a copy of something, I say it like Rob Schneider,LOL
Sting trying so hard not to laugh
You know what dates this sketch? There isn’t a computer on his desk. Every desk in every office today has either a computer or at least a monitor on it.
my favorite part is that they are oblivious to the fact their coworker also happens to be the lead singer of the police
Just awesome….I still laugh at this to this day. Look at Sting…he SO wants to laugh but holds back. Rob Schneider is the best.
Not funny.
Back when silly was understood. People are so serious now they don’t get it.
advanced comedy
1:15 I never noticed how much Phil Hartman looked like Alex Baldwin a little bit. same kind of face
Calling Sandy the “Sandstress” doesn’t get the attention it deserves—that one’s a gem. 😂
This skit is exactly the same as that person who always posts the same delusional political comments to social media feeds. Except this one is funny, not hateful and pathetic.
