So check it out, I’ve been using your cold water trick to cool my resevoirs. Id keep a 5 gal jug outside for a night during these cold winter nights and use the cold water to cool said reservoirs. So I literally just had a break thur with cooling my res and had to share it with you. Everyone wants to cool the water by cooling the water. So I asked myself what’s causing it to heat up in the 1st place. I’m finding that it’s several things right? So tonight I’m setting up my new veg area and I feel the new air pump and its fuckin hot. It dawns on my that it’s one of those reasons for the warming of the water. So why not send cold air from the outside cold winter air into the pump and thus into the resevoir. Fuckin gangbusters! It’s working. I’m backing the temperature down with the colder air by running an intake hose from the pump thru a hole into my potting room (I grow in a conditioned space in my shed). Trick is knowing when to stop I guess. I’m guessing if left it’ll cool the water well beyond what it needs to be in a small resevoir but in a 5 gallon or more it may be okay. Take care. i soak for 12 hours in water then use paper towel method with a germinating heat pad and humidity dome, works great. im just wondering when do i start to give nutes to my babys for the 1st time????

Can u explain why you are starting the CO2 so early on? Most don’t put out CO2 until flower
