Just an FYI: many mental health providers are happy to say you have PTSD so you can get your cannabis card.

They excepted uses for Marijuana in Epilepsy, MS, Cancer and PTSD treatments even before Chronic Pain… These are LAW MAKERS!!! Tell me Lord… Why does our LAW ENFORCEMENT (DEA) still claim that Marijuana should be scheduled as a Schedule I drug, a substance, or chemical which are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse… While the claim a National Crisis for Fentanyl a substance the DEA itself allows to be legally distributed by the DOCTORS and PHARMACISTS that they themselves (That is the DEA) LICENSE???

This is just the American version of the Mexican Cartels!!! A Capitalist/Fascist spin on a Monopolized Drug Market that is actually controlled thru Tax Payers, Billions in Corrupt but legalized Political PACs money that overwhelms "We the Peoples" will with Corporate Medical/Pharmaceutical money!!!
Sorry if the Truth Hurts but this is not the World we grew up in where FDR once said way back in 1938:

The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is Fascism—ownership of Government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power.

The second truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if its business system does not provide employment and produce and distribute goods in such a way as to sustain an acceptable standard of living.

    NO OFFENSE INTENDED 😉

Recreational cannabis should be totally legal for all Americans, it’s been legal in Colorado since 2012, 11 years ago, are we living in the same country, the united States of America, where freedom, rights, and equality ate supposed to be held to the same standard across the board, it doesn’t feel like it 🤔🐈🕊️✌️

A very small step in a lagging direction that most of the USA have already taken years ago. Keep up the progress Texas.

Imagine, for YEARS the government along with pharmaceutical giants knew this and suppressed it, all while countless people needlessly suffered! Sound familiar?

I’m kinda upset that Austin wants to be a monopoly to increase profit to certain drugs or services by using lawmakers. For example, Uber was banned and then later after people were mad that only Lyft was allowed Uber got to reopen. Same with drugs. There is nothing wrong with opioids. I’ve taken them safely for years as a patient. And now they’re banning to increase marijuana business. 😞
