These stores are an eyesore and don’t even get people high. Ban them for being fake and ugly.
It’s the same in Amsterdam actually. There are coffe shops who sell you real cannabis obviously but most are just small stores with CBD and in the big streets. So most people will probably fall for this because most people are just going there to smoke weed in the first place.
These are the equivalent of American candy shops in London

But weed is not legal in Amsterdam or the Netherlands 😂 tourists think it is its not.
I went to Prague on excursion in high school but me and my friends we buy from the street.. We see someone who might sell and we found a guy he had some hybrid skunk really good weed! He smoked a joint with us and it was a cool experience we got it like 8€ a gram he even had a scale with him😂

no it’s not legal but it’s decriminalized (you’re gonna have to go down that rabbit hole yourself) and it’s actually very similar to portugal/netherlands laws, meaning up to 10 GRAMS of MDMA/Cocaine/etc.
this is a STEP towards legalization under harm reduction regulations; but 1 out of many steps.
i’ve imported, sold and produced various things (including still growing mushrooms) and this is generally common knowledge for (non casuals)
if you want to find the real weed in prague, go to the red square (skate spot) and ask some skaters.
they are way better tour guides than tour guides – and the smell is unmistakable; work smart, not hard (works in every country tbh)
((and also never accept weed off the market streets, that’s basically just tire rubber and some material burnt together to look like hash, and quite convincingly even if you don’t take a proper look))

The bill that legalized weed for medical use in California was Senate Bill 420. It was an accident.

In Spanin the CBD is on a legal void bcs it contains less than the maximun amount of thc% which i think is 0’2%, but it still has thc so if someone asks for "something with thc" technicaly it is true but obviously is not what you think (normal weed has 10-15% thc on average). But at least I never saw any store try to scam with this, they will tell you what you are buying twice or more and also as on the video it has to be sold as decoration product, if you are catched with the seal of the product broken you will get charged as if it was normal weed
