– Qigong appeared in ancient China. This technique dates back to 1100 BCE and has accumulated about 3,000 years of history! It’s a special practice for both the mind and the body that takes care of a person’s wellness, helps to support emotional and mental strength, and lowers stress levels.

    this stuff really works guys. truly. there are also many variations of each of these points listed. even the 10 or 15 minutes a day, will make you feel better.the cool thing about this ,and tai chi, and its cousins, is that you can do it softly or hard. slow or fast. depending on your age, goals, flexibility.

    I prefer this narrator much more than the usual one. No offense to the other narrator, but the corny jokes and inauthentic tone kind of sound contrived. This narrator just gets straight to the point with the knowledge we crave.
