this stuff really works guys. truly. there are also many variations of each of these points listed. even the 10 or 15 minutes a day, will make you feel better.the cool thing about this ,and tai chi, and its cousins, is that you can do it softly or hard. slow or fast. depending on your age, goals, flexibility.

Just started, grew up doing traditional weight lifting. This is all new to me.
I do cardio and strength training alternating daily 5 days a week. Thanks for these exercises I will incorporate them in my daily routine. I usually spend 15-20 mins. a day exercising.
