"SOS" Bruh, I need your help. Just transplanted from solo cup to 7gal. 3 days ago. I screwed up and didn’t water for too long before the move. Also, I transplanted when the plants were going into like the 5th set of leaves because I didn’t have my grow tent yet. I know right, "fucking rookie". My 1st and 2nd set of leaves are devastated. I touched one of the 1st set and the end crumbled. Yup, it was crispy. The 3rd set has some yellow spots within the leaves. The 4th set is starting to spot on one of the plants. And some leaves are suffering from semi- "the claw" conditions lol. As of right now, I only have bat guano. I added a little less than a table spoon to a each gallon of water (2) that I’ve had sitting for the past 2 days. Planning on adding the water tomorrow. So I would have let 4 days pass from the last watering. Yes, I watered immediately after transplant. I gave 60 oz. water to each. Bruh, it’s my 1st run. Also, I started seedlings in Happy Frog per one of the 1st vid’s of your that I saw, then decided on Pro Mix as I saw you switch in a later vid you came out with. Will banana tea, your famous compost tea, recharge or my bat guano water do? Please help bruh. Oh and the stems are turning purple. Idk if it’s because of the strain though. Got Granddaddy Purple and Ghost Train Haze growing
When growing orange cookie photo period or auto I noticed stems and leaves would be dark red or dark purple each grow.
Your ph will change I work with water and the ground shifts and changes ph all the time
I’m using fox farms ocean forest and using distilled water do I need to ph the water
If you have purple stems just add more cal-mag. like 90% chance to solve
Do you have to PH if your growing with organic dry amends? I have a plant with purple stems and veins.. I’ve noticed now the leaves are droopy and new growth look lime green… so how do you fix it? Thanks!
According to the resarch autoflowers will do this when to close to the light
I’ve got a seedling, veg n 2 autos flowering in one tent. Hanging the light high is definitely the move! I’m having great success too. Providing a bit of shade using the flowering leaves while the lights strong works wonders! Be creative guys!
My plant stems usually get pink when nutrients are a bit low btw
My temp dropped cause we hit neg. Temps outside n my veg plants all red n purpled out in 3 days temp shock
I’m from Michigan love your so I have two plants that have purple stems I’m growing in Coco coir do you think it could be from not using enough Pro-Lite I’ve took him my nutrients down is not the nutrients only thing I can think of is the Pearl like and the humidity it’s like 40 temperatures at 70
Thanks for the video. I transplanted, watered, and noticed the stems turned red. Was it the stress from the transplanting, light intensity or adding the nutes? It’s Blue Dream in soil. I started with Heavy 16 Veg A and Veg B 4 days ago, today added the 4 micronutrients as well as Veg A and Veg B. Checked the ph after adding all the nutes. It’s 6.5 using filtered tap water that’s been sitting for 2 days. Guess I’m going to dim the light for now and keep an eye on them. I have the video on my channel if anyone wants to offer advice. I’ve been growing OZK (kush cross skittles) and keep cloning it. My strain is always always purple. But tbh it took me ove 2 years to source out this genetics. Wicked grow and smoke 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🤪🤪🤪🤪
Newbie here and I am having a whole bunch o fun with this! I’m 3 weeks into my first grow… And now yet another helpful vid from Dr 420 – thank you sir! Am i an organic grower? Sounds like a dumb question I know. I’m trying to keep it simple for my first time – the fewer variables the better when starting out IMHO. Bottom 1/3 of a 5gal fabric pot is Cali Super Soil, the top 2/3 FF Ocean Forest. I plan on NOT adding any nutes. I also use straight distilled water but i can certainly adjust the PH. Should I? BTW I already watched previous vids where 1) you advise to mix FF Ocean Forest with FF Happy Frog 2) saw the vid where you advise adding perlite to your FF Strawberry Field hot soil to increase drainage and 3) upgrade to 7 gal pots minimum. I will make those adjustments next grow. Any thoughts for an upcoming grower like me? Thanks in advance!

Just did a run of mephisto double grape. Turned out awesome, but one got way bigger than the others and I had red stems on that one

So red stems and bottom leaves yellowing, would you say cal/mag defc. plant is very thin too its at 61 days for auto. very weak flowers. stem base is the thickest trunk I’ve grown ever. Im gonna stop growing autos after this last batch.

More than likely it is a magnesium deficiency. Epsom foliar spray and topdressing with lime works for me.
I think it’s normal. Bubblicious is healthy with it
When I’m airating my water for 24 hours, the pH doesn’t sink but it raises up by 1 point. Anyone got a clue why.?
There’s only 2 reasons for purple stems. Magnesium deficiency and LED burn. Purple strains have a genetic magnesium deficiency that makes it impossible to keep up with mag. Try anyway. Photosynthesis runs on mag.
Indica loves super cool temperatures and super low humidity. Causes healthy stress and more trichomes.

Some strains have naturally red or purple stems like the real gorilla glue for example, The coloured stem doesn’t mean there’s any deficiency or anything going wrong with a plant at all as it could very well be the strain itself!
Hey man you seem to know alot my seedlings are 3 days old and the true leaves haven’t even really grown much yet but my cotalyan leaves have yellow spots closer to the end and browning in the middle of the yellow

I started growing in coco with no benny’s and started to get root rot issues, and purple stems were my first noticeable symptoms, that and slow to no growth
If you have problems with stretching plants, change your veg light from white to red/blue light no stretch and get bigger and faster root growth
was talkin mess to my buddy cuz his cakes and cream and purple stems and petioles. Told him he should add epsom salt but he gave me a cut and it’s just the genetics
Phosphorous deficiency gives you purple stems? I thought that was magnesium.
Been dealing with the p s for a couple of years now. While they grow I can’t clone them won’t root. I reuse coco but flush it out well Thinkin I need to do something with the coco like a reboot recharge ?

The nutrients can cause this different ones do cause this but yes genetics are in play here too but most the time easy to fix and not always bad but pay close attention to your ladies
