New study from the University of Houston shows a majority of Texans would support the complete legalization of marijuana in the state. FOX 26’s Sherman Desselle breaks down the survey and speaks with Houstonians about the possibilities of marijuana become a bigger deal.

Texans will have as much weed as they want regardless of a law. People will smoke it whether its legal or not. Can’t control people so cry about it!

Texans have always supported it. The only people that didn’t were the people who benefit from it being illegal. Follow the money.
Yes, legalize it, but do it right. Require anyone that grows it, or sells it retail pass a criminal background check, similar to getting a Federal firearms license. The government would be able to control the content and potency. But, it’s aslo important to severely punish anyone who grows or sells it illegally. There won’t be a reason to use the black market. The punishment has to be severe like 20 years in prison for growing or selling any amount.
Vote Dan Patrick and Greg Abbott out! That will be the only way! Big pharma is paying them off! They dont care about the people of the state but themselves!
