Both are great ideas for stimulating the economy consciously. Pairing cannabis with food has been done for thousands of years. Soon to be legal again. Hopefully California allows LSD also, that was legal to and the music was better not always glamorizing sex and riches

  2. Peter Roos on October 24, 2023 at 11:30 pm

Great idea. Because we do not have enough crazy addicted homeless guys already.

  12. DanBL on October 24, 2023 at 11:41 pm

Maybe lots of republicans will get a hold of them and then watch Fox News and then be like .. โ€œWhat am I thinking?โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  13. BobsBuurgers on October 24, 2023 at 11:42 pm

Remember, it’s not scientists or doctors blocking this it is only big pharma!!! …and religious hypocrites too i guess. But seriously, we need cannabis fully legal at the federal for our veterans. The VA is federal so no doctors can prescribe or study it legally. Complete B.S.! And we need to study psychedelics more for use in addiction treatment. Stop being afraid of your own shadow and let scientists and doctors do their thing without big pharma getting in the way. Meanwhile… How many of you hypocrites cant go a day without caffeine? Exactly.๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™‰๐Ÿ™Š legalize the flower already cowards and hypocrites.

Meanwhile, the cartels are licking their chops. Thank you gingos, for yet another market to exploit. Coming soon to your neighborhood, psilocybin laced with fentanyl.

  21. Nome Man on October 24, 2023 at 11:50 pm

To the people who do not know anything about mushrooms – Compare shroom to alcohol the death rate , the addiction rate , which causes you to be violent , which helps treat addiction
Let me answer that for you it is not possible to develop a shroom addiction , unlike alcohol its does not make you violent , no withdrawl symptom , it is actually used to treat addiction and mental disorders this is one of the few things I applaud Calico For

  22. Angeles Gomez on October 24, 2023 at 11:51 pm

Psychedelics and psilocybin in general are just amazing. Saved my life honestly from anxiety. Never had a bad trip.

  23. Logicae on October 24, 2023 at 11:51 pm

California law makers are real idiots. Decriminalizing drugs and making it easier to abuse is just the gateway which leads to crime, homelessness and other vice that people are seeing on the streets every day. And then they ask for funds – to combat the very effective they created.

  24. G on October 24, 2023 at 11:53 pm

IE: The lawmakers have a monetary interest in this, or their friends do.

  37. Alan Snyder on October 25, 2023 at 12:10 am

    This is a hard no.

The pro-drug crowd has been gaslighting us on the fake benefits of drugs that might apply to 1% of the population without talking about the negative consequences that will apply to 99% of people and society in general. The media is complicit in this silence on the negative consequences of drugs that are right in front of your eye walking down any street in a big city.

  38. Jc Carmazzi on October 25, 2023 at 12:11 am

  50. bellagirl girl on October 25, 2023 at 12:24 am

Under a physician’s care, psychedelics might very well be a beneficial treatment for trauma / PTSD, but if they hit the street they will compound the opioid problem. Or does that matter anymore?
