The Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia has been the epicenter of the city’s opioid crisis for decades with people not only struggling with fentanyl addictions but a new drug called tranq. NBC’s Dasha Burns went to Philadelphia to see how funds from a state-won settlement are being used to aid the drug epidemic. Warning: Some viewers may find the images disturbing.
