After years of back and forth and a court battle, the City of Detroit is finally issuing recreational marijuana licenses to businesses.
Good job,that’s what Detroit needs more people stoned.
So basically you’re saying that the city is awarding licenses on a discriminatory basis that rewards blacks for the amazing feat of being born black?

Wow allowing something to be legal that should have been a long time ago and those places will get taxed so much people wont want to buy there and its gmo seeds or something they messed with it.
