In most cases, the Austin Police Department won’t arrest or cite people for having small amounts of marijuana.

Does this mean that people are not getting in trouble for having marijuana? Not in my state. The texas Senate needs to hear about this.

Finally! When are they gonna drop previous charges as well? I’d be a lot better Citizen if I was not afraid that my 14 year old cousin would get 20 years for bringing his 90 year old grandmother with cancer the only thing that allows her to eat and sleep these days.
