Nice. Always good to re use. I would just remove the main root ball add microbes and enzymes leave it in the pot. The microbes and enzymes will turn the old roots into food for the plants. Better colonization of microbes life if you dont disturb the soil.

The CoCo should already be flushed from the previous grow. Just pull the root ball and replant! I just did this and got a larger harvest than the previous grow. Don’t overthink it!
I could watch you do that all day…lol a couple of times 😁 A man of many ideas…. work smarter not harder 🤓 I had gotten six 5 gallon pots of Coco ready and got nervous with 1st run in tent and just now started using pH pen… been winging it last 4 grows 🙃 So I’ll be watching and picking up tips to get the best out of my grows 🙏 Much Respect and let me know when you have next new great idea on the market 😁GL💚🦋🦋🦋🦋
doesnt matter what she looks like if she gets the job done! lol i will have to try making one for myself… I been getting lazy with my coco and leave a lot of roots in for the next batch i havent had a problem yet but its probably not ideal lol
say you added red wigglers would that also help eat dead roots?

Get a 3ft sieve with 1cm gaps or make a chicken wire rack. You will save hours and hours.
