good video.. but I’d like to request another.. I live in New York where it’s recreational legal but have a cdl therfore I’m subject to federal testing.. also nys say the job is safty sensitive so they can test.. my question is two fold.. what will trigger the feds to stop testing cdl and two when do you think there will be a revision to testing so it does not go back 30days or more and be treated more like Alcohol for an on the spot test… I know there’s alot of people in my boat on this…

You say “when” it is rescheduled and not “if”. Are you that sure it will be moved to schedule III?

American president Ronald Reagan signed a real Presidential Declaration of War while in office making the war against drugs. So legally, ANYONE who’s ever gone to prison for a drug related offence ( or will go since it’s an ongoing war) it makes them a literal and possibly legal prisoner of war.

Anyone from Idaho? I’ve read all the laws on the uniform controlled substance act but since it’s still 100% illegal here in all forms containing thc, I’m not certain how the change will affect me here other than possibly reduced penalties if you get caught with large amounts (over 3 ounces here)

Once big Pharma is exposed, the lies will no longer affect you! You have the power to be free, nobody has control over you any longer! The act of 1871 is being revoked and dissolved! Hello constitutional Republic! We’re going back tobeing free again, to do as we please, aslong as we arent hurting anyone, its not a crime or " illegal"! Do a tiny bit if research, youll be amazed at what you’ve all "slept through" by way of the msm sorcery!

Texan here. I have the upmost confidence in my states’s leaders to drag their heels or just find a way to ignore it. Look what they are doing with the border and migrants. God I want out of here.

  25. @smokeyhigh3126 on January 22, 2024 at 4:41 am

Do not comply to tyranny! All cannabis laws are null and void! We the oeople have the power back, font let the fraudulent agencies control you any longer! Deschedule will be the end result! The Fed is all part of a foreign entity, they do have no control over us any longer! Its pretty sick that these " lawyers" are hiding the truth from you all! They cant really be this ignorant! All codes, laws, and statutes are repugnant to the Constitution, which makes them nill and void! Do what you eant to do, you dont meed a license or " permisdion" from anyone! Its your right as a free American, not the fraudulent corporate government! Step our 9f the matrix snd step into our restored constitutional Republic, the Feds have no power in our republic, only in their bankrupt fefunct DC, which no longer exists! The MSM induced coma will soon wear off of all the blind sheep! You all need yo do your own research! Thrse guys are playing along with the fraudulent government we used to be controlled by! Those days are over now, msm is still hiding it! Everyone will soon realize that Trump was trying to tell you the news is fake! Deep state has been in control of everything we see and hear, but not any longer! You have the power back, now use it wisely!

People seem to forget cannabis was America’s greatest cash crop. It also slows recession through money transfer.

  27. @Terps_N_Trichs on January 22, 2024 at 4:44 am

They will NEVER re-schedule it until big pharma has the patent for it….theyre already working on it by sequencing the genome so they can patient it ❤ it was legal until their original patent ran out then prohibition began ❤

  28. @justinlewis2220 on January 22, 2024 at 4:45 am

    What about Kentucky

  29. @christopherleubner6633 on January 22, 2024 at 4:45 am

Scedule 3 would allow for circumvention of state’s current legal status. For exampe growing your own would be criminalized. Growing and distribution would require extremely expensive FDA and FDA licences making it affordable only by large pharmaceutical companies. Have them descedule it entirely as its safer than alcohol.😮

  30. @smokeyhigh3126 on January 22, 2024 at 4:45 am

It will be just like tomatoes and onions soon, nobody can control you any longer! No limits! Fact check me!

My dad was a mean drunk. But when he smoked he would help any one do anything. He was a helpful person. Why is this so hard people. It’s honestly ridiculous!

  38. @Egzoset on January 22, 2024 at 5:00 am

It’s an unsettling if not scary sight watching citizens of a once most powerful country still being so disorganized and divided by such bigot mirage, just because ignorance and doubt were turned into blind endoctrination (etc.) decades ago, in days when Orson Welles managed to cause panick kind of late in the thirties, warning against a martian invasion over radio…

  39. @MichelleHell on January 22, 2024 at 5:00 am

I went from smoking cannabis every day for about 10 years to quitting cold turkey so I could pass a drug test. It was easy, which is testament to how non-addictive cannabis really is. I just quit because I wanted to. Try that with cigarettes or alcohol. I hate that the only use for a drug test is if someone is an addict to meth, heroin or alcohol and can’t stay clean for 24 hours, or more realistically its a test to see who has smoked cannabis within the last 30-60 days. I can be an alcoholic, meth and heroin addict, but if I’m clean for about 24 hours I can pass a drug test. If I abstain from cannabis for 30 days I may still get popped for "metabolites" lingering in my system. Drug screening is a dumb system.

  40. @snowyslopes1335 on January 22, 2024 at 5:03 am

  41. @deimexo on January 22, 2024 at 5:04 am

if Reschedule 3 will happen then weed companies can list their stocks on nasdaq ?? and Tilray or CGC allowed to sell on US market ???

  42. @Rick-np9vz on January 22, 2024 at 5:04 am

More complications to prove that you are too stupid to realize that you aren’t voting for the right politicians!
Any time a politician says it is complicated means they think you are stupid!
