Cannabis business burglarized before death of Oakland officer says it's not the first time

It didn’t surprise cannabis-related business owner Jessie Grundy when he learned his spot on the Embarcadero had been hit on Friday morning. It happened right before Oakland Police Officer Tuan Le responded and was shot and killed.

Watch his eyes…Nothing was stolen from his business because he knows the people who robbed the others. ☕️🐸

But, but, the left said that legalizing marijuana would be a economic benefit to the country because the sales could be taxed. You must be proud to see the results of your failed policies liberals.

Mitch McConnell is to blame. He has held up progress on moving legislation passed by congress to provide safe banking.

  5. @johntuel2375 on January 23, 2024 at 4:27 am

The police know they risk their lives every time they clock in. Doesn’t matter where it happens.
Good thing alcohol is still readily available everywhere and anyone can get a domestic violence charge for cheap.
Doesn’t anybody rob liqour stores anymore? Are they safer than weed stores because they make less money now?
Actually, that would mean people are toking more and drinking less, which I think is a good thing haha.

I use to stay at the Travelers Hotel off of Broadway waiting for a ship. Walk a few blocks to Chinatown to get something to eat. There was an all night bookstore on Broadway. Back in the 80’s.

  43. @kr4dh4x0r on January 23, 2024 at 5:19 am

Let me predict the future problem for everyone:

The policy voted for by the people that live there is what allowed the criminal enterprises to thrive. The people that don’t want to deal with criminals will move out of the area and take their broken mentalities with them to the next place, vote the same there, and destroy it too.

This is exactly what is happening to states across america as a result of the californian exodus. They are not humble, they do not come to a new place to assimilate, they go to new places to re-enact their roman empire bull corn completely ignorant and naive of the fact that they themselves are the issue.

  49. @NicsHODLN on January 23, 2024 at 5:23 am

This was all predicted and could’ve been prevented had the government allowed cannabis businesses to have regular bank accounts for their deposits. It’s long overdue to reschedule marijuana the same as alcohol and tobacco.
