Texas is a fucking joke.The cartels are in control of most of our state,from judges to cops.The reason why it will never be legal in Texas is because if it is then the Oil companies would lose a ton of employees to the Cannabis Industry and they would no longer be able to make money off people who need it.

In Florida, by law, you have to see a doctor in person.
This would create 30,000 new jobs in agriculture and manufacturing, and bring in millions in tax revenues for the state.
but you have to be a resident of a legal state with a medical program to be able to get a card and use it so if you live in an illegal state like mine then you are still screwed.
