Replay: Any root crop, you can eat the greens as well, either raw in salads, on sandwiches or blended in smoothies, or cooked like spinach or collards.

Hi ! I’ve seen your challenge and so many channels participating. I’m a terrible gardener because I don’t have the time and just not a green thumb. My neighbor does grow vegetables so I count on them. Good luck and I will take notes so I will have the knowledge
