The government moves slower than Bidens brain

  3. @MRCONCENTRATES on March 2, 2024 at 5:59 am

Fun fact, Americans buy more marijuana
Than chocolate bars in the whole US! I feel the industry is so successful and they should definitely declassify this. Marijuana heals, it surprises me how alcohol is sold and created, yet marijuana is grown from the fuckin ground! you hear so many stories about abuse, anger and more with people who drink a lot.

  4. @Angel3es on March 2, 2024 at 6:01 am

You people are idiots, this will pave the path to a deschedule

  5. @leeri103 on March 2, 2024 at 6:02 am

Nah trust my plug it’s home grown I don’t trust the government for weed its finna be that gmo weed

  6. @jebbroham1776 on March 2, 2024 at 6:02 am

The biggest hypocrisy here is that marijuana is legal in our nation’s capital. It’s LEGAL in DC! Why shouldn’t it be legal everywhere in the United States if it’s legal there? End the nonsense already and remove it from the drug schedule list altogether.

  10. @dmoney5003 on March 2, 2024 at 6:05 am

Pro and cons. If considered at the same level as alcohol, you could walk into a 711 and purchase a pack of joints. Just like alcohol & cigarettes. But this will make it corporate. No more dispensary experience. More apple store or liquor store. More business will fund the benefits of cannabis. Taxes way lower. Its the evolving process of the industry.

It’s been legal from coast to coast in Canada for 3 plus years time to catch up America lol

  14. @OGMagicOfLight on March 2, 2024 at 6:12 am

Deschedule. If I can jump online and buy nicotine solution up to as strong as 1000mg per ml. When even 100mg per ml is strong enough the fumes can kill you if you arent careful. As long as I can provide proof of my age. Then there is no reason a plant that causes no noticeable harm to be regulated as it is.

They’re really trying to make sure only big business, donors, and special interests get to profit from this new business market. Its kind of sickening how ineffective our govt is for the people…

  15. @corayilmaz9486 on March 2, 2024 at 6:14 am

Substances like psychedelics when administered temporarily and in the minimum and safe dose can save life (prevent suicide), yet..long term all of them are NOT the answer (solution to the problem). self honesty, emotional and spiritual healing (done correctly) produce safe and lasting results..health happiness, inner peace

  16. @charlesgreer7245 on March 2, 2024 at 6:16 am

Im for it being legalized nationally all day, but a reschedule at the least would help. I live in a state where its legal for medical, but im a truck driver and even in a state where its legal for medical i cant have it in my system bc its a schedule 1 so a doctors script does not over ride it to be in my system. If its rescheduled as a schedule 3 then a doc script will justify it being in my system on a random. No im not for driving under the influence but what i do at home has nothing to do with my job.

  17. @cristianmichael8156 on March 2, 2024 at 6:17 am

If they do this it would give the cartel no power, it would almost cancel out a whole section of “black market” purchasing, getting rid of drug dealers, and actually know what we are smoking. On top of that, theres no deaths related to real THC, edibles or even smoking the plant. It should be treated like anything else because it just a plant lol.

  20. @F4Insight-uq6nt on March 2, 2024 at 6:25 am

Any Legalisation is going to be a very bad thing.. It just needs to be Decriminalised.. Legalisation means corporate control of everything and the destruction of the entire culture.

  21. @guyfawkesuThe1 on March 2, 2024 at 6:26 am

POT IS A DRUG. IT IS NOT MEDICINE AND ANYONE WHO SAYS IT IS, IS A LIAR. POT EFFECTS THE BRAIN AND SMOKING IT IS JUST AS BAD AS TOBACCO. COPD, LUNG CANCER AND OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS!!

  22. @okietradez8969 on March 2, 2024 at 6:26 am

anyone who thinks MJ should be illegal should be booted from this country!

  25. @terryroth428 on March 2, 2024 at 6:30 am

Marijuana a class 1 drug,…… a joke. Has shown several health benefits and is a natural herb. Might it be the continuing pressure from big Pharma
not to legalize. Yet alcohol and tobacco causing major health problems for years have been legal (except for the short prohibition era). Why is government
so ass backward thing? Oh wait, is it the revenue from alcohol and tobacco sales and the profits of private prisons housing all those "drug offenders"?
America, the greatest country on earth.. America the greediest country on earth.

  26. @deadbeats4894 on March 2, 2024 at 6:31 am

Legalize Drugs Already. Harm reduction works for the whole community.

  27. @zaacheecha6519 on March 2, 2024 at 6:31 am

They make this issue such a big thing in these states….come to Canada especially ontario the industry is a disaster everyone is bankrupt what a joke what year is it in denver…keep it illegal…there’s more money in it 😆

  28. @KevinFreist on March 2, 2024 at 6:34 am

NO! it should never be in amy way, associated with alcohol or tobaco. for many reasons. first ofall , never give a federal or state entity any slak in taking our rights to self govern. they could easily step in and claim " oh ! that now fitts our jurisdiction. " never !!! govt. has no place telling good folks what is healthy when thier taxed and controled , alcohol and tobaco are killing people every day. not even disputable.
" cannabis " is the correct term for medicinal herb used for thousands of years.
" marrihuna" is the derogatory labe given it durring prohibition by the establishment . just more lies from the least worth source.but they have the biggest mouth. they profit from all this bull shite in ways you can’t imagine. be free or die.

  29. @youtubejunkie8053 on March 2, 2024 at 6:34 am

The fact that it’s a schedule l shows how corrupt our government truly is.

  30. @davidesquivel4326 on March 2, 2024 at 6:37 am

Would this change its federal legality or no it’d stay the same ?

  31. @CadetBoneSpurs on March 2, 2024 at 6:37 am

This is why I’ve been stockpiling my own seed bank of genetics…if it goes to schedule 3 and only the big guys can play…it will destroy the market and quality will go to sh/t…growing your own will be the only way to ensure the quality you want.
Once again big money is having too much influence.

  32. @iamzombie258 on March 2, 2024 at 6:38 am

Considers 😂😂😂😂😂 its all bullshit and about the money, it’ll go whichever makes them (government) the most

  33. @curlymaplebandit3107 on March 2, 2024 at 6:38 am

They need the cannabis community in the banking system.

Otherwise pot smokers will never accept CBDCs

  34. @indoorsforcheap on March 2, 2024 at 6:40 am

All 50 states will be legalized here soon and they will still put people in jail for it, corrupt government using a plant for their own gain… just sad

  35. @BigPapaLocs on March 2, 2024 at 6:40 am

Fighting a case over narcs catching me with a 0.7 of mid and put out a warrant cuz I ain’t snitch just legalize the shit😂🤦🏻‍♂️

  36. @1DirtyKilo on March 2, 2024 at 6:42 am

Jobs piss me off not letting people work just bc they have marijuana in their system . They act like your high while your there . On top of that everybody & they mama smokes weed . On top of that I’ve seen hella people smoke weed on their lunch breaks @ work & come bacc working just fine so wtf is the problem . If you drop or break something @ a job they make you take another drug test like accidents don’t happen nobody’s perfect . Then mfs be so quick to talk down on people for not having a job over stupid shit like that makes no sense to me

  37. @Four6Three1Two on March 2, 2024 at 6:44 am

I live in indiana, and they are dead set against legalization of marijuana. They just starting allowing us to buy alcohol on Sundays, as of 2019. So that already tells you, they are determined to be the very last state in the Union to smarten up. 🤡

  38. @christophercoulter7782 on March 2, 2024 at 6:44 am

Why O fucken why are buds soaked in distillate and yes descheduling sounds awesome. IT’S A FUCKING PLANT FFFS

  39. @toastedk7919 on March 2, 2024 at 6:44 am

LEGALIZE IT!!! Base our govt and culture around it. It can be turned into fuel, clothing, packaging, food, medicine, and so many other things.

  40. @Wizardof on March 2, 2024 at 6:44 am

Has it taken ticking off legitimate votes from pot users about pot legislation to finally get people to wake up to what GOP is all about? Do you feel the same that your vote was almost cancelled on J6?

  41. @stevekempsyninja3292 on March 2, 2024 at 6:46 am

I think I’ve researched it enough in the 26 years of using it and I can safely say, it gets you high and won’t kill you.

  42. @sugargooslin6473 on March 2, 2024 at 6:51 am

Should of been legalized years ago

  43. @DreadfulDonkey2 on March 2, 2024 at 6:52 am

It should be in there right between cigarettes and alcohol

  48. @Sptn051 on March 2, 2024 at 6:55 am

The government did plenty of research on cannabis, it’s how we got the strain G13. Time to end this idiotic prohibition and get this country back to its roots growing cannabis and hemp for all kinds of things. Pretty sure we could turn hemp oil into a decent fuel of some kind. Who knows? Not the government lol

  49. @Jasonronsteinberger on March 2, 2024 at 6:56 am

Has anyone seen the zombie apocalypse going on all iver the country in legal states? Now you clowns want that nation wide?
