The book Commodifying Canabis by Dr. Bradley Borougerdi is a great read if anyone is interested in a more in-depth of the history of cannabis.

I’ve been depressed a lot of my life and I have ADHD, I’ve found that Marijuana has helped to treat my symptoms and cope much better compared to my old ADHD meds.
Its crazy how nobody every mentions how cannabis was used and traided just as much as other plants a long time ago, not in my highschool textbooks
"millions of years ago" source: trust me bro.
Outlawed in America to control American’s souls, thoughts, feeling better differently and individualties. Genocide by poisoning kids to teach them a lesson. Drug Czar Carlton Turner’s statement and actions on national television without accountability. Equals a unAmerican Nazi control justice. With foul police, prosecutors and judges. All the way to the Presidents . The World Has Been Lied To.
Give thanks for life and creation Marijuana Cannabis Sativa Indica and Ruderalis are good God bless
Weed is not a gateway drug. If you go on to another drug that’s your choice
Been smoking weed since I was 14 I’m 27 and never had any health issues.
THANKS FOR THE LOVE SHINE
I’ve smoked cannabis since I was around 16. We used to get a lot of resin/hash called "Afghan Black", it was very potent, trippy and thought provoking, I loved it. I’m coming up to retirement age now and I can say I have achieved a lot in my life both academically and vocational. Although I don’t smoke much now, compared to what I used to, I can honestly say that the effects cannabis has had on my brain over the years, has been beneficial. However I believe it is not for everyone, I’ve seen a few people go schizophrenic smoking very strong weed 🙏
this seems really well researched. great job
Cannabis smoking since the late 1970s and i still love it. I adore Cannabis as a plant, truly a beneficial botanical.

The famous Hanbali scholar Ibn Taymiyya (1263-1328), a precursor of modern Salafism, justified the absence of any mention of hashish in the Quran and in the sayings of the Prophet and of the First Caliphs by arguing that the substance had only been imported to Muslim countries at a later stage. According to him, it was the Tartars who came with Genghis Khan’s armies who spread its use among the Muslim population of the countries the Mongols were invading, in order to debilitate their capacity to resist conquest. Ibn Taymiyya was writing at a time when many Muslim states and societies were struggling to survive the Mongols’ onslaught and therefore he may have been biased in his claim, wishing to attribute all the ills of what he perceived as the decadence of the Islamic World to external causes. However, he may have been partially right at least with regards to the provenance of cannabis in the Muslim World, as being the steppes of Central Asia. It is indeed possible that the lords of the steppes, the Turks and Mongols, had inherited cannabis from their predecessors, the Scythians, which they then brought to the cities of Central Asia and Khorasan (the east of the Iranian Plateau covering parts of Afghanistan), where the people engaged in trade and military relations with the nomads. In other writings, Ibn Taymiyya blames the spread of hashish consumption squarely on the Sufis.
Thanks
cannabis is as old as prostitution
RSO’s Cure Cancers.
Its a Plant, and this Plant is in the Bible… King James Bible (KJB) Genisis 1:29… go loook it up…
Even common sense tells you that no one has any powers and authroity over any PLANT that grown upon and from the earth… therefore NO one can OUT law any plant… especially men and women who are in Public Held Office as a Pubic Servant/s…
People now days have zero common sense… and even Believe that SERVANTS makes laws… LMFAO…
If you ain’t chokin you ain’t smokin
Cannabis is completely legal here in Canada, you can smoke it in places you can smoke a cigarette, which often shocks tourists lol
I wish people called me the Lord of Bang.
OK. Who here came to watch this and proceeded to take bong hits?
The law of unintended consequences applies. While the benefits of decriminalizing these plants are extolled by supporters, they should be honest about the know, potential and unknown ill-effects that might or will ensue with said decriminalization.
Another Republican lie
Yahweh created everything, what scientist , these dummies don’t no shot
I can confirm marijuana is great for anti-nausea. A joint and some chic -fil-a is the best hangover cure.
What are your thoughts on marijuana?
Legalize it!
Sativa, sativa, sativa….. Indica and Ruderalis must not exist to Grunge
It’s interesting how the world like the sativa the most. And now the indica is the prevalent most sought after strain
5:00 hotboxing tents i approve
imagine if a mf in the 15 hundreds hit a cart
it’s the american, or the anglo-saxon, perspective of the history of cannabis. the globalization would not happened if cannabis does not exists, all the sailboats that departure Europe in the XIV century, had all the ropes and sails made with cannabis. it was introduced in Europe by muslims in the VIII century, with the invasion of the iberian peninsula. so, long before portuguese arrive in america, the substance was allready well known and used in Europe. some of the names of some locations in Portugal, btw, due it to cannabis cultivation. and still remains today.
“Decriminalizing” does not mean recreational use is okay. It just means it’s not an automatic felony with steep fines and jail time. For instance marijuana has been “decriminalized” in Texas for more than a decade, but all that means is your first few possession charges are misdemeanors unless you have enough on you that they believe you’re going to sell.
THC is a modest-moderate level pain reliever. Especially helpful for PTSD and depression. Whatever the source of bad trauma, PTSD will be the end result. I have used Cannabis Indica since I was 18 for early childhood trauma. It works. Big pharma sucks at treating PTSD. When Cannabis use goes up, hard drug, alcohol and tobacco use go down. Use science.
I love hashish hashish is the best
As a cultivator and cancer survivor i can only imagine getting ur hands on some of those viking seeds. Yea it probably wouldn’t be that great, but could u imagine?? People be like, "yoooo i got that viking weed bro!! Its called Ivans Shipwreck!!"

The Greek and Romans utilized the psychoactive effects of cannabis which they learnt from the Schythians. So, the inventors of theology, philosophy and medicine/pharmacy used a lot of different drugs.
