    NO NO NO on this charter!!! They tied the marijuana issue to it, to sucker people into voting for it…. and usher in a crime wave with all the other nonsense of not prosecuting criminals. If this passes, say goodbye to your property, small businesses, and any hope of feeling safe… they’ll turn this city into a nightmare from a horror movie set in California.

    I smoked weed every day in traffic for the past 12 years in the city. That is my form of protest against that unjust law banning cannabis. I am accident free and ticket free. Never once crashed and been high on cannabis the whole time.

    It is preposterous that anyone over 21 could purchase any amount of alcohol but if you carry just a scosche of that stigmajuana that causes far less detriment to society then alcohol and other harder drugs than that is a crime but it is again preposterous considering how BAD alcohol is for our society. It’s like trying to reason with a brick wall.

    Shame on you KSAT!!!! You left out the other parts of Prop A that were lumped in this to. People will be given a citation and let go if they steal less than $750 of stuff….WTF!!!!! If you are caught doing graffiti and the damage is less than $2,500 you will be let go also… WTF!!!!!
