Hey so im just asking for any pointers on how to handle a situation.
My car was hit by a drunk driver who had no insurance and ruined the value of my car pretty much totaling it.
The garage I sent it to fixed it even when it should’ve been totaled and also in the process lost my license plate and broke my tail light LED. They won’t replace or fix my light and ended up having to get it repod because i couldn’t afford to tow it after their mistake. This whole situation lost me about $15,000 and more, any advice?
