    I make the soil rather wet, and put the seed upon the soil and then cover it up with about 7 millimeters of white dry sand, and in stead of covering with plastic, I put them in the microwave to protect against mice. Nice thing about this white sand isthat the seedling can very easily push away this loose sand, and when the seed germinates you can see the surface cracking. Hadvery good results last year, my Fryske Daus all made cracks within 24 hours and coming up within 48 hours!

    Can i keep the pots inside ? I planted a few seeds yesturday but the weather changed and its raining all week now :/

    Did you add any type of heat source during germination ?like a heat mat or anything or did you just leave it in the living room at room temperature
