The Mohawk Nation at Akwesasne, Kahnawake and Kanesatake — are looking at community based approaches, each vying to establish its own cannabis licensing and bylaws. This new and emerging ‘Cannabis Culture’ doesn’t come without passionate debates or political pushback from within each community.
