Alabama’s medical program is equivalent to a backhanded slap in the face. You can only qualify if you’re near death and no smokable products. A complete and total joke. I believe that most of the states in the south eastern block will not do anything until the federal government removes cannabis from the Controlled Substance Act. Even then, some of these dictators will continue to oppress their citizens right to freedom of choice. It will probably turn violent to get change in some of them.

I’m a mechanic. I’m required to have a CDL by my employer. My state has medical cannabis. I wish I could partake. It really has me considering switching to a job that doesn’t require a CDL. Any opinion on this? When can us CDL holders get access to the medicine we need without losing our job?

    High y’all Texans here!
Definitely will check out cannabis stocks,
On another note allowing 1%THC is f*cking hilarious. What I know about Texas is the Texas Hemp Farm allowed back in 2018 0.3% for specific patients (cancer pts) up until 2020 Texas Compassionate Use Program allowed 0.5% which is ridiculous, there’s always room for improvement now reading and tuning in 1% 2022? Hahaa is a joke ? medIcal CANnabis should be allowed in healTHCare with full plant access – this reminds me of regular medicine as an example
If a person comes in with a major back pain can’t move the doctors provide patients ibuprofen they’ll give them a specific mg for their pain 50mg or 20 mg wtv what if 1mg would not help?
Now why would they limit cannabis ratios no need to find more testings this is a plant people- We know it helps have you check Leafly? Really good information there..
    Can we vote now?
    Great information gentleman.

20 dollars of any drug is not worth all the dollars thrown into the prosecution of a 20 dollar drug deal.
This is a blatant misuse of public funds and a huge violation of basic hyman rights.
The prosecutor and judge need be sued for human trafficking into prison money making efforts

yes Hemp at 1 % , But I think it should be 3 % , Come on No ones going to smoke that shit when they have 30 % Thc of cannabis to smoke_ Plus it will Help Develop Better CBD Medicines and Find other Cures Because it would No Longer be a SChedule 1 drug Therefore it would Be Studied Greatly Because it would Become The Next Gold Rush.

Well hang on a sec…the guy wasn’t put in jail for life because of a 20 dollar weed deal…it had more to do with the fact that he had multiple convictions and then he fought to get his case in front of a jury, which in the end screwed him over… he was offered a 5 year punishment, then a 10 year, but he kept pushing and painted himself into a legal corner. So…let’s be a little more clear with what went on, rather than sayin this guy just sold 20 bucks of weed to someone.

It doesn’t matter if it’s no longer a crime it matters if it was a crime when it was committed!
