Do i have to use all those solutions. Can I just use Rooting hormone, distilled water and perlite?

  2. @lyonsden3740 on July 5, 2024 at 12:36 pm

I am just starting out so I have a few questions I’m hoping you can answer. Can I clone in the potting soil I use for my larger plants? And what kind of light do you use? A fluorescent perhaps and how many hours? I appreciate any advice I can get on this part of the growing process!

I love how some people try to tell this OP that he is cloning wrong when he has multiple plants/clones growing using the methods in his video.

  4. @johnnycambell8801 on July 5, 2024 at 12:36 pm

Do u spary each clone about once or how many sprays per clone?

  5. @juicedcannabis on July 5, 2024 at 12:37 pm

actually, some strains will root in a glass of water. they are weeds after all…

Nice clone tips your the best keep up the great work

I am wondering if you have any ideas on how best to grow these plants when the law in Alaska allows for 3 plants growing bud with only 3 others as mother plants, for a total of 6 plants allowed at any time. What is the best cycle to get the most buds at regular intervals?
I also want to ask you about what you use for fertilizer and what type of fertilizer you recommend for healthy ingestion?

My rabbit chewed my plant off at the base, I am hoping I can still save it. It was left a little long in the wrong light when I was gone (power went out and brother tried to substitute) and it’s a little curly and some dried leaves, but it’s been regrowing. I’m hoping that with this I can save the plant… Thanks, I’ll let you know if it makes it 🙂

  9. @candihat on July 5, 2024 at 12:44 pm

you mentioned a flowering chamber, please elaberate. Thanks, Beautiful Plants!!!

  10. @juicedcannabis on July 5, 2024 at 12:44 pm

haha – yes I know! At the start of the grow, I was… impatient! I took so many cuttings that I had to kill plants, and never had to take more cuttings for several batches!

  11. @Merisht on July 5, 2024 at 12:45 pm

Hi, do you put the clones under the light straight after your cloning procedure?
And if so what strengths of lighting would you say is appropriate.
Also can you treat it as vegetation stage i.e. placing them under 18 or 24 hour light.
    Thanks for the info

  12. @GrowersLuv on July 5, 2024 at 12:46 pm

Good information bro growers luv to you

  13. @IETCHX69 on July 5, 2024 at 12:46 pm

A couple of things…. 1. If you put food in water, that might lower your P.H. enough. 2. Take clones from a big healthy mama, make ’em BIG, like a foot tall. Give them 24 hrs of dark, then 18 hr days. They will be ready in a week. Hammer them with root hormone. Take 16 if you want 10. Pour the rooting hormone on a plate. Do NOT dip the clone in, thus polluting the rest of the jar, with a great chance of growing mold . For me, bigger clones save time. I would not say my way will be better, it’s just MY way, thanks!

  14. @tylerpelella3164 on July 5, 2024 at 12:46 pm

The rockwool root cubes you used comes with a hole in the center. That hole is the depth of water saturation level for you to see how far down the Basel end of the stem should go down. You are supposed to push the clone into the rockwool medium where there is no hope so the sides around the base are completely punched in so no air can get through.

  15. @raya9362 on July 5, 2024 at 12:47 pm

I find that not useing the cube hole – putting it off to the side gives you a better hold on the cutting/faster rooting

  16. @Jackknifegyp on July 5, 2024 at 12:48 pm

I read in a non-cannabis hort site, that putting the cut end in a bit of honey, to a depth of 1/8 of an inch will provide the cutting with bacteria fighting ability. Honey does not have rooting acids that the plant itself or a rooting hormone provides, but it does decent job of warding off bacteria.

Otherwise your advice of leaving the cutting in the exposed air for 10-20 minutes runs counter to every other site I’ve watched, but considering I haven’t gotten one cutting to root in 35 that I’ve taken from 20 yr old seeded plants that are now 10 weeks in veg, I’m going to try your method of NOT placing the cutting immediately in water, after trimming.

  17. @johnnycambell8801 on July 5, 2024 at 12:51 pm

Do you water every day? And how munch?! And long does it take before they start to root?

  18. @sirstrobie2436 on July 5, 2024 at 12:55 pm

I’m wondering, when do you re-wet the gro-cubes after initially planting them? wait until they are dry? every few days? thank you

  19. @SmackWaterJack001 on July 5, 2024 at 12:59 pm

use Honey to root with, its natural,
    and its cheaper.

  20. @thetriplebd101 on July 5, 2024 at 12:59 pm

My Question is when they are in the rockwool stage, do you just transplant the rockwool into the soil directly? Nice vids btw! 🙂

  21. @jonny0140 on July 5, 2024 at 1:00 pm

Every time I watch one of these videos there’s someone posting comments about what an idiot the guy is for doing or not doing something. Fact is there are a lot of ways to do most things. In regard to cloning I would say that if your cuttings grow into plants then you did it right. Also…why would the guy lie about the Ph? Also… I have a bottle of Clonex in my hand right now and it says nothing about not using it right away.

  22. @rasmark3307 on July 5, 2024 at 1:01 pm

Aint the best mate if yr promoting that nasty shit rockwool ! Why the fuck is everyone using this serious irritant

  23. @ricarlarpe on July 5, 2024 at 1:01 pm

hy guys thank for all te information here, but i need some help. once that u get the ph right, you dont use any floragrow or something, or is that just ph controlated water? please help e out

  24. @TheEYECON1 on July 5, 2024 at 1:03 pm

ive never ph’d the water, i just use 24+ hrs old tap water, its usually at a ph of 7 n i get 98% success, but im guna try youre method to see if they root faster, any way cheerz n peace !

  25. @ctrey8395 on July 5, 2024 at 1:03 pm

i have a question and i need a answer a.s.a.p. i have some clones one n a shot glass with no dome or moisture support ,n i have like 3 in my pc grow box n a bottle moisture dome i made and every clone has roots but i didnt use rockwool i just have them in plain water so basically what im saying is it safe to put them in soil i was curious especially about the1’s in the dome they r use to the moisture so wats up plz help me!

  26. @juicedcannabis on July 5, 2024 at 1:04 pm

Interesting to know your tap water is 6. I think I’ll bring my pH test kit along on my next road trip and test the water in different places…
And… why is the first week of root development critical for no nutrients?

  27. @deeez_nugz4923 on July 5, 2024 at 1:04 pm

Hard to watch the video with that gay ass music!

  28. @6xArcaNumx6 on July 5, 2024 at 1:04 pm

Good vid, but the problem is no one ever takes it past the planting. How much cfl light in watts for cuttings? How far from the cuttings do you leave the light? Do you leave it in a propagation dome the entire time until the roots form. Take it from cutting in detail to final re-planting. lights, heat, air, temp, ph….all of it. Thanks

  29. @chaplinzabzltd7441 on July 5, 2024 at 1:04 pm

i was told to put them in to a bucket of water imediatly. Air is bad for the cutting?? Yes….No???

  30. @jetlorider on July 5, 2024 at 1:05 pm

can we use Rabid Start with ph water 5.5 mix for fresh cut clones?

  31. @juicedcannabis on July 5, 2024 at 1:08 pm

Hey Bret LaRue – some plants, like woody-stemmed roses, and older stems from cannabis plants- do have more trouble with air bubbles when taking cuttings, but soft fleshy cuttings will flourish if the cut areas are left to dry and form callous cells.  Let me know how your tests go!

im going to use 2 solutions, this soulution you just called out (1ml of each general hydro) and for my other half of clones a superthrive solution just to see the diff btw the 2. Thanks bro!

  34. @danielspratling2684 on July 5, 2024 at 1:15 pm

Still fluoride in the water… 🙁 Anyways..  Thanks for this wonderful video. Very informative and not boring. I learned a lot. 😀

  37. @bobbidawid4597 on July 5, 2024 at 1:22 pm

    What about a easy cloner

  38. @SmackWaterJack001 on July 5, 2024 at 1:22 pm

your soft music which is soothing and appropriate for instructional videos is a welcomed change from the rap horseshit I usually hear !
    Good Video,
    Thank you.

  39. @ricarlarpe on July 5, 2024 at 1:23 pm

sorry you might get this often but you leave the cloning under
    24/7 lights?

  40. @andrewhead2901 on July 5, 2024 at 1:24 pm

you should have put the cuttings into water immediately after cutting them.

  41. @candihat on July 5, 2024 at 1:24 pm

This is the best video on this subject I’ve ever seen! Thank you!!!
I would like to know if there is anything besides Rockwell cubes I can use, And is there time (its July)  to do this now since mine are outside?

  42. @danielcollins7622 on July 5, 2024 at 1:24 pm

When you take the cuttings put them in a glass of ph water to stop a air bubble forming in the cuttings instead of just leaving them to site on the side and form an air bubble .

  43. @sturgeonhunter4427 on July 5, 2024 at 1:26 pm

i see there are alot of questions here, Not answered?? I have one. If i clone off a male  plant, will all the clones be herms also, or do i have a chance of getting female plants as well?? also put cuttings in ph’d water until ready for rooting gel/powder. otherwise they can form an embalisim (air bubble) which can kill anytime after planting. do you prefer powder over gel/liquid clone hormones?

  44. @kenarthurburden on July 5, 2024 at 1:27 pm

    Very informative.  Thanks

  45. @Thirst4livingwater on July 5, 2024 at 1:27 pm

i jst recieved a clone in a rockwool. can i put in soil already or how long do i leave it the

  46. @juicedcannabis on July 5, 2024 at 1:28 pm

Hey thanks for the tip on Rapid Start – it is made by General Hydroponics, so I would say it is top-of-the-line. They make the best nutrients for growing!

  47. @navigator902 on July 5, 2024 at 1:28 pm

I always learn so much from your lectures… Thank you Juiced Cannabis Cheers.

  48. @jetlorider on July 5, 2024 at 1:28 pm

oh yeah np…well i have clone dip for the clones..but no solution so that’s why I was wondering if we can use Rapid Start mix with 5.5.ph water as a substitute? since Rapid start helps promote root grow…just wondering..thanks in advance!

  49. @1Godgratefulsoul on July 5, 2024 at 1:33 pm

Great job and thanks for the lesson. A question, will this process work on fruit trees? Can they be cloned and also can other backyard plants be cloned in the same fashion as this video. Thanks, SteveO

  50. @MagnusRawstron on July 5, 2024 at 1:34 pm

ive always struggled with clones, except for once, that time i didnt cover them and had them under a 250 watt halide that was a metre above them, i got 100% from 16 clones.
