How does it not seperate when you add the water? I have seen some tutorials that add soy lecithin to help it bond but I would rather not use that.

Hi i want to make gummies in 50 at a time. How much will i need yo infused coconut oil will i need in a batch this size please
I have a question, as we all know that oil and water don’t mix so why not use lethacin? Also I have had better results leaving gummies out on parchment paper for 24-48hrs rotating them to let all the water evaporate so they don’t mold as easily,it also doesn’t hurt to put a bit of cornstarch to get more shelf life

If you ever have a jar break in water as mentioned, quickest and cleanest method is simply refrigerate, it will solidify the oil and water will separate, the complete opposite of the ‘emulsifying process’ that we normally want…

Thanks for this simpler version. Here’s a couple of tips I’ve picked up elsewhere to help with the pouring stage.
1. have a pot of hot water to stand the mixing jug full of gummy mix in, it will stop it from setting to quickly but won’t make it continue to cook.
2. A turkey baster is the perfect tool for neatly transferring the mixture into the moulds. Cheap if you don’t have one already, no mess, no waste and super fast for the job.

Red jello has RED 40 food dye which I recently heard causes CANCER.
I tried this method with sugarfree jello
The oil did not blend so it DID NOT work without imulsifier
