Pointless an useless content, as usual, from our Texas media not asking the REAL questions WE ALL have to our politicians. What on EARTH is taking so long for Texas to pass recreational use??

    Another big win for Biden.
    Cue the trumpy tears. 🙂

Find a generational farmer with heirloom seeds. Organically grown if at all possible.

It’s no wonder these little towns are drying up and going away. Some of you can’t even get a drink in.

As a smoker for over 25 years, it will ruin your person. It’s so bad because it does little tiny bits of damage to your ambition and self esteem over a long time, so then it hits and you just think something is wrong with you and you need mental help. Well, thats because there is, and you do. It causes psycophisiological unreversable permanant brain damage no matter how old you are. If you some how avoid anxeity, depression, ADHD or bi polar disorder from it, itll hit you with psysical health issues because at the end of the day, youre inhaling smoke from burned plants loaded with chems. There is NO form of healthy smoke to inhale, ever.

I still smoke tho, and can’t stop. Harmless though, right?

Cue all the republicans complaining that they can’t use weed as an excuse to lock up poor people anymore.

Next thing you know the government will let us drive 56 mph on the highway instead of 55.

Lies! Has no effect on Texas laws! States Rights!

  9. @stevanaldape3424 on July 22, 2024 at 11:50 am

Watch Texas make a lot of money just like California if they legalize weed

  10. @richyp64 on July 22, 2024 at 11:51 am

In my blue sanctuary city of San Francisco, the city has banned plastic drinking straws but freely passes out syringes and tin foil to make sure our addicts don’t harm themselves.

For those of us dealing with Leukemia or a terminal illness, access to MJ can make a difference in quality of life. To bad some party members don’t care about people just how many guns they have.

  14. @The_Oblivion_Light on July 22, 2024 at 11:53 am

Marijuana is only dangerous when you buy it from a dealer which comes with risk.

  15. @antonchigurh981 on July 22, 2024 at 11:54 am

The House Appropriation Committee blocked it. The vote was 30 to 20. The only chance now is if the Senate can over turn it. If not, then the only way it can then happen is if congress does it instead of the DOJ.

  16. @Bruhdaughhh on July 22, 2024 at 11:55 am

How is it that Marijuana is a medicine in Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Colorado yet somehow in Texas the plant turn into heroin?

  17. @tammyleary8217 on July 22, 2024 at 11:58 am

Using THC is a lot easier than getting legal medicinal relief for anxiety

    “LaRostah”.

  24. @Bustah2016 on July 22, 2024 at 12:09 pm

What’s funny is I can buy normal windshield washer fluid at Walmart but if it has bug removal in it you have to have an id. Yet we call it unconstitutional for voters to have a state or federal id to vote??? Done with the rant weed should be legal and have the same consequences of alcohol.

  25. @dylanstubblefield9743 on July 22, 2024 at 12:09 pm

Just don’t do it to get high

  26. @josephpeterson1081 on July 22, 2024 at 12:10 pm

It’s already federaly legal. It’s being openly sold everywhere now. Hundreds of companies are already shipping it nationwide to your door through USPS. It’s being called thca flower. It’s real just a legal loop whole. The way the 2018 farm bill classifies hemp pretty much legalized marijuana. All marijuana is low in THC but high in thca even the best. Aretehemp been cheap and dependable. Their are many other companies to choose from. You will probably find better online than some smoke shop but I’ve seen some good in Houston stores.

America needs to mellow out. Good move.

  28. @jbisme on July 22, 2024 at 12:13 pm

When is it going to hurry up and be legall??? Waiting to come back home to texas for years how long will we have to wait. It’s perfectly normal and safe here in legal states

  29. @amorrbaby8354 on July 22, 2024 at 12:14 pm

NOT ONLY IS IT STILL VERY DANGEROUS, PEOPLE WHO DON’T SMOKE CAN GET A CONTACT PEOPLE WHO DON’T SMOKE COULD BE RANDOMLY SUBJECTED TO TESTING BECAUSE THEY SMELL LIKE IT FROM SOMEONE ELSE AND IT CAUSES THESE KIDS TO STAY HIGH AS WELL IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE LEGALIZED FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT ITS ADDICTIVE AND CAN BE EASILY LACED WITH FENTANYL.. AND YOU WONDER WHY THESE KIDS ARE DUMB, THEIR PARENTS ARE HIGH AS HELL, THEY ARE GETTING HIGH AND THIS LAB CREATED WEED IS EXTREMELY MORE POTENT THEN WHAT NATURALLY GROWS!! THOSE WHO DONT SMOKE NEED TO SPEAK UP..THOSE WHO DO NEED TO BE MINDFUL THAT EVERYBODY IS NOT RUNNING FROM THEIR PROBLEMS BY SMOKING THEIR BRAINS OUT AND NOT ONLY DO YOU STINK , YOU ARE PUTTING OTHERS HEALTH IN DANGER WITH YOUR SECONDHAND SMOKE AND BEFORE YOU SAY NOONE HAS DIED FROM IT, HEART ATTACKS HAS BEEN REPORTED.
THIS COUNTRY NEEDS REAL LEADERSHIP SERIOUSLY

  30. @Bdzynes on July 22, 2024 at 12:15 pm

Sad…that when this country first started you could pay the governments taxes in Hemp. Go figure. Here in Colorado, big BIG commercial is moving in. As a farmer myself these new laws will only strengthen the industry…and the cities that allow them. Even with a 150k crop quarterly so much is taken out for grow supplies, water and biggest of all..Taxes. All profit the local community. If Colorado can do it..any other state may follow.

  31. @bryantsamperi3402 on July 22, 2024 at 12:18 pm

Legalized cannabis doesn’t mean much if the only known competitor to alcohol is not given a fair playing field to compete with alcohol. Even where legalizing they are scamming cannabis consumers by claiming there is a difference between recreational (recreation is medicine) and medicinal, which recreation is.

They are doing this to pay for alcohol’s massive economic deficit – TRILLIONS.

Besides the 100s of millions of violent alcohol related crimes over the past 60 years, including the sexual abuse of 10s of millions of children, all TRAUMA casing crimes which sent millions a year through the gateway to alternative consumption, but 75% was cannabis, the only known competitor to alcohol.

TRILLIONS was lost simply by giving the stress medicine that mass of traumatized victims of the nation’s drunken debauchery over to Mexican cartels that was the foundation of their empires which now threaten national security daily.

Millions were sent to mental health facilities where they were taught they were abnormal and criminal, made them feel guilty, and that cannabis was the cause of their problems.

They were denied equal protection under the law that the alcoholics and codependents were given and not allowed to compete with them in the workplace.

And the alcoholic and codependent authorities from every sector of society sit around wondering what caused the he mental health epidemic, the deficit, the border crisis, the division and strife, and the destruction of the nation.

Unless someone is going to be held accountable for all of those bad decisions that destroyed 10s of millions of lives, who cares.

What I am seeing. The fent is considered to be more acceptable than the less potent hero?

  33. @reggieanddro on July 22, 2024 at 12:26 pm

A move to Schedule 3 does not affect Hemp; CBD, CBG or #THCAFlower, as high in quality as any Marijuana & already available in #Texas as #LegalWeed 🌺🔥💨 We educate Members (free membership no med card needed) age 21+ with verified ID every day giving away #FreeLegalWeed & ship orders anywhere in Texas.

  34. @jwbjpb1338 on July 22, 2024 at 12:27 pm

Typical white republicans fear freedom for Americans. I’m sure they are scared of marijuana.

  35. @sleepwalker29 on July 22, 2024 at 12:28 pm

2018 farmbill legalized hemp. Marijuana don’t exist because no plant contains Delta 9, no seed, no bud. Delta 9 is created by a chemical reaction of heating THCA in hemp. Greg Abbott is just preventing Texans from growing what is legal.

  36. @dylanstubblefield9743 on July 22, 2024 at 12:31 pm

Legal it’s bc of alot christian which I am but I believe it okay for medical use

  37. @LOGYBEATS on July 22, 2024 at 12:33 pm

just legalize it, what average person is agains’t it in 2024?

  38. @Mruiz0085 on July 22, 2024 at 12:34 pm

So Xanax is less dangerous and less addictive than mj how much did big pharma have to pay for that one

  39. @CSB3747 on July 22, 2024 at 12:34 pm

Making marijuana unscheduled is the only thing that makes sense. Keeping it scheduled is just a vehicle for arresting minorities, which is why it was scheduled in the first place.

  41. @ssjred2780 on July 22, 2024 at 12:35 pm

When can public servants stop being tested for weed use on days off? Can they at least get a medical card soon? So sad that some of the people who need this the most are still going to be bared from being able to access this harmless plant.
