How to get rid of gnats in a DWC hydroponic system

Got gnats in one of my DWC buckets and going to show how I get rid of them by adding organic solution called GNATROL use 1-2 tsp for mild infestation or use 1-2 tbs for heavy infestation.

are you saying to flush for a few hours are just pour it over your hydroton until you fill your rez??

Do they only lay eggs in the substrate? I’ve got larvae in my roots that I’m pretty sure are gnat larvae but I can’t find any on the top of the pot in the substrate, just in the roots. And I’ve got root rot, but I’m not sure if they caused it or are just feasting on it.

I use Octopots. No more fungus gnats. I love them. I enjoy the easy life.
