Why the sprayers facing downward?
Any particular sprayer? Currently have drip system and it is just to much. I want to add sprayer and adjustment valve
Question for anyone who’s put one of these together for indoor use. What kind of grow light is good for a system like this? Looking for something effective yet relatively affordable if possible.
is it possible to just use an aerator rather than spray bars and pump once the roots reach the water level?

Hey, guys. I have built my tote and have the nutrients, calcium and magnesium and ph adjusters. I also have a good pump and a light system and a timer.
Can you advise what kind of timer cycle I should be using for the pump and the lighting?

@Family Plot @Wet Werk or anyone else, do you know how I could link up multiple systems with one pump? I made one of these systems that has been working great for me, and I’m ready to expand! I was thinking I could have one system that sits higher that drains into the lower one, with the pump in the lower system, but not sure if that would work or if there’s a better way that someone else has thought of. Either way, thanks so much for putting these amazing videos together! I love my little garden. Also for whoever suggested it in the comments, the float valve works great!

How can the plants get watered when the water is down sprayed not up? The roots aren’t long enough.

@Family Plot Do you put nutrients into the water? Very new to hydroponics. If so what nutrients would you need? That is basically it then? Build this in the video, then add nutrients to water?
A parts list and where to get them would be EXTREMELY helpful for utter newbies. I have the skill and the tools to do this,, but have no clue where to get the pump, the plant cups, the sprayers, all the stuff that actually makes it work.

I am developing a system like you made here. As for the net pots and plant collars, do you expect to plant the plants in soil eventually? Or is it expected that the plany’s entire life will be on top of the box?
How does the water get to the plant roots if the sprayers are sprayinig down?

Why do you have the sprayers pointing down ? I would think that you should be spraying the stem and roots

Great "for anything that grows above the surface like tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles… ". Wait, what, you can grow pickles? If he knows this magic I think he should share this ability. I’ve been making pickles from cucumbers for years I never knew you could just GROW them. Amazing!

its a great video except you don’t say in the video what size circular bit your using. and in pdf it says 3" and 2" cups is there a reason it’s 3" and it’s not a typo

For anyone attempting this, skip all the pvc piping and just fill it with solution, your plants, and an air stone if you’re feeling frisky. Great job guys but this method is all about working smarter not harder
