I made the mistake of fertilizing while using fox farms soil, my run off was 3100ppm. Luckily the next few waterings i just used distilled water to help flush n bring numbers back down

  2. Dr. Awkward on September 2, 2022 at 1:27 pm

1 1/2 tsp of Fox Farm Tiger Bloom per gallon of water. No more than 2, ever!
    Trust me.

  3. 3star2nr on September 2, 2022 at 1:29 pm

  4. @costa azzura on September 2, 2022 at 1:29 pm

  6. paul hernandez on September 2, 2022 at 1:30 pm

So what if I’m getting nutrient burn without using any nutes?? Should I still flush? I’m using strawberry fields on the bottom fox in the middle and happy frog on the top. 2 plants are showing signs of yellow leaves and one has burt tips and yellow leaves. Should I flush?

I’m using ocean forest and just ro how can I lower my soils ph. It’s a bit high, upper 7’s

  17. my03tibby on September 2, 2022 at 1:38 pm

What if you are early in flowering, running fox farm products and soil and got pretty bad chemical burn do you eventually have to give the plant more nutrients or could you just give water for the rest of its run and the plant be fine even with a flush?

  18. Will Brown on September 2, 2022 at 1:39 pm

How long should you wait to do a flush after you over feed ?

  19. RowlinStoned on September 2, 2022 at 1:43 pm

Ocean forest is very hot, I have 3 right now haven’t had nutrients for 3 MONTHS gave one dose at a third strength and she’s burnnnedd lol.

  24. SMB on September 2, 2022 at 1:53 pm

My buddy was feeding heavy every other watering and i was feeding lighter every 3rd watering, he kept telling me that i should be feeding more, it only took about a month or so before it bit him in the ass, once he got burn and lock out it all went south, ended up having to flush away all those built up nutes and then had some over watering issues which led to other issues, meanwhile my grow moved right passed him with no issues..over feeding is a common thing..your vids truly made a dif in my grows, thanks👍🏻

  25. youtuber1 on September 2, 2022 at 1:54 pm

  26. Joey Spalding on September 2, 2022 at 1:56 pm

  27. Leisurely on September 2, 2022 at 1:58 pm

  28. Matt on September 2, 2022 at 1:58 pm

Much appreciated for all the information. It truly helps. 👍🏽

  30. Keka Harris on September 2, 2022 at 2:00 pm

My tip is is of bad flush like a mother fucker then get her in a warm room and get her going again get her metabolism going again before ya feed, for mild just use water ph it and wait to see improvements then just give it a mild dose and feed untill ya see optimal growth then stop at tha ppm or ec, simple stuff

  31. Ephraim Wolobah on September 2, 2022 at 2:00 pm

Let’s assume you do everything right. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PLANT TO RECOVER?

  32. youtuber1 on September 2, 2022 at 2:01 pm

    😳✌️🔥

  33. Marlen Brando on September 2, 2022 at 2:03 pm

Cloth bags allow your plants to get oxygen before the plants start begging for water

  34. false narratives on September 2, 2022 at 2:03 pm

Hahaha bro had me laughin…he like we just want to keep feeding and feeding our plants treat our plants like animals lolololol and bam we get burnt

  35. BradG922 on September 2, 2022 at 2:05 pm

So how far should I put lights away from plant itself I have mine at 18"

  36. Tom.Is.My.Favorite on September 2, 2022 at 2:05 pm

My jasmine leaves turned black after putting micronutrients last night. So should I do the same?

  37. Ray Wright on September 2, 2022 at 2:05 pm

overwatering and overfertilizing are number one problems, followed closely by age of plant modifications, soil, and maintaining room temperature and humidity. I’ve just come back to growing after 20 years away and it’s nice to remember all my mistakes again. presently using coco soil, fabric pots, and also control soils to test

  38. Mark Harris on September 2, 2022 at 2:06 pm

One plant presented symptoms just as you described. Going to flush and engrave the motto, " Less is More" on the wall.

  39. David Motlagh on September 2, 2022 at 2:08 pm

I kinda burned the shit out of my plants. Yellow tips and the next day leaves are curly like Michael Jackson’s hair! I pruned the dead/dying burnt leaves. Maybe its just my imagination, but I think the plant doubled in stickiness and stinckiness

  40. Kevin 7HD on September 2, 2022 at 2:09 pm

Yup plants don’t eat like animals 🤣🤣🤣

  41. Mobius Prolix on September 2, 2022 at 2:09 pm

(2nd week of Veg) As someone who just transplanted into O.F. x H.F. and subsequently fertilized a week and a half later, don’t do that. Wait it out a month or so to give the plant a chance to deplete the nutes in the soil before adding more. Like he says, "Less IS more."

Tbh, I was just being impatient seeing a slow down just before its branching phase. Was like, why not see what I can do to her and see what she can take. She can’t take that. 😆 New growth looks fine, just the first set of fan leaves that got hit.

  42. sly-moto on September 2, 2022 at 2:10 pm

thanks for this video im a new grower sure enough got excited like you said started feeding like crazy and sure enough got burn on the lower leaves did a heavy watering 3 days later shes turning around for the good. love your videos they have been helping me so much

  43. lovetheNorml on September 2, 2022 at 2:11 pm

I’m not an expert, but i can tell he is.

  44. Keka Harris on September 2, 2022 at 2:12 pm

Love the fact you sold it happens to the best of of they need to realise the light is the food and c02 the nutes are like vitamin and mineral

  45. Kay Savv on September 2, 2022 at 2:14 pm

been growing for about 8 months, and fox farms has been my go. Only now i’ve been focusing more on hydroponics and that method has been showing me love

  46. Fat Cat The love Boat on September 2, 2022 at 2:19 pm

  48. Joshua hereth on September 2, 2022 at 2:21 pm

Ah not another drops of balance add!! Brings me back to looking up cal-mag.. lol but really this kid good. I’m lucky to have stumbled upon this ..I’m not dissing Jared just that dob pops ups on every problem..makes me not want to use it ..

  49. Keka Harris on September 2, 2022 at 2:24 pm

I agree bro metabolism of the plant is greater when it get a decent dry time and then a good drink like a 🌵 kinda just less extreme

  50. youtuber1 on September 2, 2022 at 2:25 pm

    So many factors,,,
