How To: Omura Series X

The Series X is a first of its kind whole flower vaporizer with a dual heat source oven inside. The oven uses Heat-Not-Burn technology to gently heat the whole flower through a patented heat curve.     Are these compatible with anything else, or can you insert your own flower into the sticks?

    Omura device is burning my flower sticks into fire , I have been using this for almost 2 months , never had a problem , trying to contact with Omura support but no response.
