Had to drop bud candy and big bud, advanced nutrients products 3 days into the week. plants did not like them showing signs of stress, recessed growth, and water consumption slowed rapidly. Back to my staple nutrient regimine with a twist. plants are growing rapidly, throwing buds all over, overall happy again and flourishing. Enjoy the show!

quick ? how many watts our your hps lights and i know these ?s have probably already been asked but im about to do DWC been using soil for years..In your reservoir how long do u keep the water in it i heard you mention reverse osmosis filtering where was that system at? id like to see a small video about ur reservoir and water filtration because its genius and maybe more in depth with feeding the ladies and testing ph ppm and temp. while in the reservoir and after they reach the plants thanks!
i no i been gettin not so good results w advanced. i have the 9 part program (grow n bloom part a & b, voodoo juice, b-52, sensizyme, bud candy and big bud) i get burns EVERY time i try to freakin use them.. good thing i got the whole program for FREE!!!! ya buddy, free! almost 6hundo worth of free stuf from a advanced rep.. but i clearly aint usin them correctly… idk y tho…anyways….
the gh rapid is BOMB tho!!! i seen a feeder root that was a inch big round!! lol thanx like always hg!

That’s a smart plan with the sugars, testing em first overnight with a bubbler before throwin em into the buckets. A half tspn per gall seems about right too for the cane sugar. Also a good idea not adding the MgSO4 unless you see purple streaks. Like you’ve said before, it’s easier fixing a deficiency than trying to bring em back from a nute burn.

when adding your "sugar"..have you tried melting it in some boiling water then letting it cool than adding it to your res. it is a quicker way to introduce the suger plus it’s already liquified…just a thought

i have 3 in soil that are 10 days into flower. is it too late to switch to DWC, and run first week or two of flowering over? just stick to soil?
try watching the beginning videos and paying attention and you will find your answer, maybe even the diy video he has on how to build it. Hint its the one where he sets the scrog net on, not trying to be rude

You did stuff in the future that’s amazing… Did you meet your older self on the 14th or 15th when you did your res change..? This video is an amateur tutorial, your yield is 2 lbs per plant when they aren’t dried properly and you haven’t pruned properly for yield so your over growth is choking itself out with fighting for space…. Want buds that literally fall over? Lolly pop them bitches and give each bud site About 6 inches of room to breathe!

Ur new feeding schedule is almost like the lucas!! When u used the big bud & candy did u reduce your base nutes ?? Some plants could only take a certain amount of ppm! I would reduce the base 1/3 and use 1/4 of additives and slowly go up!!
what are your thoughts on adding a bit of H2O2? My concern is that in not disturbing the system during flower, how can you be sure you’re not growing funk in your bucket? I’m asking because I’m sure you’ve considered this and I’m interested in your thoughts. Thanks for what you do…great info!

A friend of mine owns a pet turtle who is going to try a CFL Grow out in its wardrobe.. Any tips.. Turtle stated only has limited funds.. They were looking at 1 x 125w blue for veg and one 200w red for flower… Super Soil, Bloom and Buddy all by Vitalink.

hey hygro I’m running a five gallon DWC system with fox farm nutrients. I am having a bit of a problem with root rot. I actually lost 6 out of 7 babies and was wondering if you had any advice for a new DWC grower. Any advice will help. Station is awesome by the way.

i had to back my game plan up, and get back to basics. idk y but my plants dont seem to like advanced much either, and taste was sooooo noticable. i have the 2 part gh but its florablend, its so fuckin thick i havent realy used it in my dro dro….. u think the florolisious is more aimed toward hydro hygro?
cap full of Peroxide (H2o2) per gallon would be good to clean off that sludge and dead root rot also caused by extreme heat .. when time of changing the res. I would not let the roots sit in the res longer than 10 min. give the baby roots a nice complete flush of r.o. water.. you will have bone white healthy looking roots and it will remove all dead root matter.. another neat tip if the res. temp is a prob an to hot freeze a 2 liter bottle full of water and place it in the res..

What happens to the nutrient mix and plants if you don’t change it weekly? What if you passed it through UV filters. I was thinking these nutrients are not organic and should not degrade from UV exposure. What do you think?

you probably gave too much nutrients……AN is usually pretty good stuff….best buds i had were grown organically tho
