When out this late in the season
Is thee only time I ever get the
    SOLID BLACK TRIC’S.
But it takes the season into November when it’s 30’40 degrees outdoors in the woods.
Rite, now, dead of winter, seeds that fell, have already sprouted. Today it’s snowing up to a foot.
The landrace seedlings are buried in snow, going into hibernation.

I have a cheap plastic greenhouse, gets cold here in the desert at night maybe 15-20 degrees sometime but I’m in California. For the nights I have been considering lighting a couple tea light candles on the bottom shelf and observing top/mid canopy temperatures with thermometer. A side note as well, I have also heard of small tea light heater you can diy out of terra cota pots and some hardware. That may be a good way to go for small temperature control.

I’ve made it through nights in the 30s and high 20s. Days in the 60s.
But looking at 2 days of 30s high and teens low.
Should I risk it I have them in a tent with a heater it brings the middles up 5 degrees.
When is it to cold to continue?

I live in Las Vegas Nevada and the days are warm or hot, and the nights get pretty cold like right now is it’s 46°F My plant loves it. No color changes in the leaves or the flowers. Keep in mind the cold just came like low 50’s as of last week and I’m currently on week 6 of flower. The strain I’m growing at this time is Diamond Og. Any tips or suggestions I gladly welcome. Great video and very informative

I’m in Alberta Canada 🇨🇦 it’s -2 and it’s almost noon o’clock. Lol. I have three girls under a canvas with a heater on day two of complete covering …. have 3 weeks to go …. would a plastic greenhouse covering be better for these cool nights and mornings.

I went thu this a month ago and had them covered for three days and nights. They look amazing. Alive too. Lol.

I’m concerned about the ground freeze and riots getting cold feet.

Any advice for this prairie girls girls??

First time grower here. I have a 7 ft massive full budded plant growing outside in ground in Illinois. Oct 4th went down to mid 30s last night! I put a pillowcase on every branch stuffing all stems inside case. Used about 10 of them. Wrapped a blanket around trunk and ground. Put plastic dropcloth over entire plant with long sticks holding it up. This morning took all of it down, shook moisture off each branch and it’s looking great! Whoot whoot

Temperature don’t have shit to do with anything.

  19. Eric on May 15, 2022 at 7:18 pm

Feb is always a bitch in OK. We have supplemental lighting and heat. If our electric goes out for a day or two (it will), good to know a drop to 55 will just slow growth. That’s about what our gen. is capable of maintaining.

*question below* Buddy up here in Eastern Ontario my Kreamy Karamel loves the morning dew and the cold cause it’s been south of 20° C for a month now and it’s flowered out beautiful, tight and icy buds. Can I hang my buds in my garage where it will stay steady 7-14° C?

  23. Rick Wolfe on May 15, 2022 at 7:24 pm

Trying this cold weather thing myself in southern Florida.Took a trip to San Diego not too long ado and figured why not see if I can get an extra season outdoors. Not The Same!
Guru’s spot on with the dew.I built myself a small greenhouse/hotbox just for that and to keep the temps better at night.
Picking a strain seemed easy.My thoughts were to go with an Indica. What screams cold temps? Purple..I also decided an auto would be best because of the shorter days . So I did Heavy Purple Autos.
Conclusion is it can be done. Its turned out good smoke but the yields were small. Not as mush uptake so be careful not to over water. All in all keeping the dreams alive 🙂 Morning sun and the box really helped.

So what was the consensus here? You guys are sincerely idiots, I wish I could block this channel on YouTube. I’ve viewed quite a bit of your broadcasts and always end up dumber. Try to be professional and stick to a point, be less high when trying to share expertise which in your case does not exist.

I got some frost on mi plants today

  28. NauticalStrings on May 15, 2022 at 7:41 pm

Hello guys, my question is ; my outdoor plants are flowering and they have to bloom off, but it’s very cold now like 13 degrees Celcius, is it better to leave them outside, or is it better to put them inside behind glass windows where it’s 21 degrees, and without lamps ?

  29. Dan Lepine on May 15, 2022 at 7:41 pm

I’ve been experimenting with hot days and cold nights trying to mimic to push resin production and purpleing in the flower. I’ll run around 80-84f during day and when my lights go out it does does to around 60f. I think it’s starting to pay off because I’m seeing purple under my macro lens. I’ve luckily dialed in my room around my tent so humidity is 48-51 the day and highest it goes at night is 54 so I’m not worried about the humidity swing. Hope it turns out well. Keep on truck in dudes.
