And if you use marijuana or other controlled substances you forfeit your right to keep and bear arms. It was legalized to an extent for personal use under President Carter but you can legally only grow up to two plants on your property. It’s still a Schedule One Drug and Federal Laws still apply to all 50 States… 🇺🇸

Uh oh. This is about to become a Democrats vs Republican thing with the Republicans attacking the Democrats, but America need to realize that everyone, sort of speak consumes marijuana…How ever it winded up in brownies and cookies is a mystery to me.

People who oppose it will die off…and its legacy will go on, and legalize it

I don’t expect Texas to take a common-sense position on this because how else would police have a reason to pull over those antiRepublicans? I said vote no to legalization to maintain our power we have over democrats! Republicans Rock!!!!

Cannabis is less harmless than alcohol. We, as free Americans should have the right to consume cannabis.

Frustrating. if the (Senate) republicans would vote it in then it will be legal. It’s them who are holding this back, then the whole country would be legal. Do NOT re-elect them in and do not elect any republican in the senate next time. Why can a few people decide what the majority of American’s want. Unreal

The smoke shops should hire private armed guards at all times and that would cut down on the chances of getting robbed

It should be up to the people. Not the house.
