   Im in the industry and live in Wa state. In the last 4 years I have flew to Hawaii, Ca, Nv, Ma, OKC, Mi, IL, Va, many times without even being questioned. All personal amounts in my carry on right out in the open not even trying to hide it. Can’t remember where we were but I remember my sales guy getting his carry on searched. They pulled out his weed to get to his shampoo that was over 3.5 ounces then put the weed back in the bag lol.

    It’s the same as me, a med patient in Illinois attending university.
    Literally, I was told it was illegal. When I brought up my VERY legal med card, they said, “You can’t get in trouble for what we don’t know about.”

    I fly with weed domestically anytime I’m going to a "decriminalized"/blue state airport. TSA in Vegas made me open my backpack in 2019 when i forgot to take out my iPad and there was 3 1/8 bags right next to my iPad and they did not give a shit lol

    What about taking a Delta 8 cart and a vape pen flying from Ohio to Florida? I also have a medical marijuana card that I got very recently. I’m thinking Delta 8 might be less hassle since someone mentioned to me it’s federally protected?

    I have flown a few times with cannabis & have always been lucky, but I try not to do it. These days I pretty much fly to either Las Vegas, or anywhere in California from Seattle so there is no point in flying with it. I just load up my stomach with edibles before going through security then buy something when I get there. This only works if you have TSA Precheck, because before I got the TSA Precheck sometimes the security line was too long & I was FUCKED UP by the time it was my turn. Not recommended.
