Under pot prohibition, Vladimir Bautista and Ramon Reyes had to operate in the shadows. As co-founders of a cannabis speakeasy called Happy Munkey, they dodged law enforcement, throwing indoor cannabis parties several times a week in Times Square. NBC New York’s Chris Glorioso reports.

Burt Lazarin from the community board in Chelsea sounds like a real crybaby. He thinks there won’t be any laundromats and every business will be a cannabis bar/store. Well it’s been legal in CA for years and there’s still laundromats, shoe stores, etc…he’s just making up bullshit scare tactic stories. News flash; even with legal cannabis people still need to wash clothes and wear shoes, so those places will still be there. Such idiocy!

Why are we worried about NYCHA smoking? If you have money for weed you aren’t in financial stress where you should even be living in a NYCHA residence.
