Advocates push for cheaper medical marijuana in NJ
Advocates for medical marijuana are pushing to make it more affordable in New Jersey. They want the state to approve legislation that would allow residents to grow their own cannabis at home. They say the high price at dispensaries is forcing people to buy medical marijuana on the black market or travel out of state where it’s cheaper.

Nothing new here folks…. legalization will keep the black market thriving because the regulations are geared for making money and that’s it…. I just moved here to nj from Colorado where I was out the door with an ounce for 65$ as a medical patient. Trying to open a dispensery here in nj is like putting a fire out with a water gun.
200 is good price but they close what strains it’s not every strain
Weedborn is full of amazing CBD products. These have helped me tremendously.
Curaleaf cannabis is trash
It is seriously a joke here. CA is 1/3 the cost across the board.
As many problems as there are with prices, this is much more preferable to how things were a few years ago. We have Scutari to thank for the pathway he helped pave for access to cannabis for NJ residents who need it.
Black market is about half as much in nj
Everyone in every state should be allowed to home grow!
