Their Bio-Live mix is great for people wanting to build living soil without having to drop up to a hundred bucks on a bunch of different single-ingredient solid fertilizers they’ll only use a small amount of each.

I know this video is a couple years old and I’m sure you’ve figured it out by now, but Tractor Supply has crushed oyster shells for about $20 for a 50 lb bag, which is pretty cheap compared to those small boxes. I just bought two bags of oyster shell and four 50 lb bags of alfalfa pellets for my garden. Dolomitic lime has Calcium and Magnesium and Gypsum has sulfur. Thanks for the video.

Billions of Oyster and clam shells litter the beaches here…just get a couple 5 gal pails..2 young kids..and tell them to fill up the pails with clam shells and they’ll get free pizza!! Take the shells and throw them where u intend to outdoor grow..step on them and u got ur calcium! They’ll slow release over the season. Same deal with using indoors..but wash them with a hose first and let them dry.

I’ve gotten all the ingredients you’ve recommended for the compost tea. I’m only about three was in tho and it’s wilting a bit so I don’t wanna overdue it, only using water as of rn. When do you think it’s safe try the tea? Whenever the second of leaves is fully established? Really don’t wanna overdue things, she’s been stressing

I make teas once in a while with them but I bought the boogey brew compost tea bundle and it’s worked great for me. I love how there are so many ways to get nutrients to the plants wether it’s synthetic or organic. Appreciate the video’s brother 👊

  31. @sw309 on February 19, 2024 at 7:26 am

Down to earth bat guano and seabird guano are the tits. I steep the bat guano and dr earth together for veg, makes an awesome tea. Then you steep the seabird guano and dr earth flower girl, makes for some solid microbial boost 👌. Throw some cedar mulch over those totes, you’re gonna be cookin’..

  32. @peterdallman4550 on February 19, 2024 at 7:27 am
