  2. @LuisPena-ok8xf on December 3, 2023 at 1:27 am

AG’s pockets are being lined up by those who profit from selling it in stores medically and all the Delta Garbage as well.

I don’t live in Florida but ny and this lady is stupid! She only cares about her self! Ny has been awesome with legal cannabis no problems and tax payers aren’t paying for these people to stay in jail! Weed isn’t bad it just has a bad rap!

  6. @KC-cw6dq on December 3, 2023 at 1:29 am

Unregulated means her husband and his partners loose money. LOOK INTO IT!!!

  7. @RebelwithaCause777 on December 3, 2023 at 1:30 am

Medical marijuana is a joke in itself . It causes disease not heal it .

  8. @miccfischer4795 on December 3, 2023 at 1:32 am

I am not a fan of our AG, she has some archaic views, please tell us how many deaths yearly are from alcohol and tobacco, then tell us how many people die from marijuana, and the bill should have been written to allow individuals to grow 2 to 4 plants on their own.

  9. @USARealityCheck on December 3, 2023 at 1:34 am

In my opinion, the Governor told Moody how to proceed, probably after some powerful and influential folks told the Governor they didn’t want this ballot initiative to move forward. I’m sorry folks, but I suspect the Florida Supreme Court is going to strike the initiative down.

  10. @Nomidsallowed69 on December 3, 2023 at 1:35 am

She just want to keep the prison system in her pay roll

  11. @amathonn on December 3, 2023 at 1:36 am

This isn’t about making recreational marijuana legal in Florida, it’s about securing Florida as the exclusive market for a select group of drug pushers. Better the proposal gets rewritten to make it legal for all Floridians to grow their own recreational marijuana to use or give away — but make it illegal to sell

  12. @theswampfisher3253 on December 3, 2023 at 1:40 am

Remove Ashley Moody from the general General she don’t care about Floridians. It’s just government control.

  13. @jensonee on December 3, 2023 at 1:41 am

generally republican politicians hate ballot inititiatives. people deciding instead of politicians obeying their owners commands is seen as a threat to the "real owners of america."

  14. @borg386 on December 3, 2023 at 1:42 am

    Kick her ass out!!

  15. @theswampfisher3253 on December 3, 2023 at 1:46 am

Remember half of Democrats and half Republicans get paid off by these prescription companies

  16. @patsmith378 on December 3, 2023 at 1:46 am

What happened to the freedom state ?

  17. @asupremelove5149 on December 3, 2023 at 1:46 am

Don’t like it? Don’t use it!

  18. @FusionDeveloper on December 3, 2023 at 1:47 am

Do you want the government to control every single breath you take and every muscle contraction and muscle relaxation?
Do you want the government to tell you what angle you are allowed to position the orientation of the pupil of your eyes in relation to the visible part of your eyes?
The government wants to control everything. They fight to enact as much prohibition as possible. They want everyone to be guilty of some law, so that at any point in time, they have an excuse to arrest you if they don’t like you. If everyone is a criminal 24/7, then racists cops, racists judges, racist neighbors, always have a reason to put you in jail or prison. This is what they want. This is why they are fighting so hard against cannabis, because so many people use it, that it makes it an easy excuse to harass and arrest someone.
The non-police non-government citizens who side with these politicians are illogical and not educated enough to realize what they are doing.

  19. @Peter-yk1dk on December 3, 2023 at 1:48 am

She is just one of the people who are agents it even though it has been proven to help not just the people how use it but the Florida economy itself will improve as well

  20. @jrnavarroplants6938 on December 3, 2023 at 1:50 am

Ms moody is just another baby boomer holding onto their grips to the 80s and 90s . That is why when you guys go. Millennials will take over anyways all your c drive

  21. @vivavasquez on December 3, 2023 at 1:50 am

DeSatanic needs to smoke a joint , he is obviously suffering from something .

  22. @FusionDeveloper on December 3, 2023 at 1:51 am

    Martial Law or Personal Freedoms?
    Choose a side.
    It’s that simple.

  23. @DonaldCowling-fw5vg on December 3, 2023 at 1:51 am

    Vote her out

  24. @victorbruce5772 on December 3, 2023 at 1:53 am

Fed up with GOP enough to switch parties, but that wouldn’t solve the problem, meanwhile can at least cast a joke vote for least likely to win the primary.

Ashley, DeSantis, Rubio, Scott, are all total anti freedom tyrannical authoritarians, against the marijuana because THEY don’t think it should be RE-allowed. I’d bet none of them could explain WHY it was made illegal after 170 years. Or know the 1937 tax act was ruled unconstitutional in 1969, Leary vs. U.S.

  25. @jcmusix1 on December 3, 2023 at 1:55 am

She doesn’t care about what the people of Florida want, she just puts her own opinions over state law.

  26. @Loucfr on December 3, 2023 at 1:58 am

Her argument is basically “citizens are too stupid”. How is it that when a majority of citizens want something, one politician can deny it?? Takes 60% and millions of votes to legalize it yet it takes one attorney general to shoot it down. Fuck this country.

  27. @hammyhamhamster5993 on December 3, 2023 at 2:00 am

Legalize cannabis federally within each and every state. This way, irrational prohibitionist politicians can’t obstruct and prevent legalization against the will of the vast majority of Americans whom support full federal cannabis legalization nationwide. Treat cannabis exactly like we treat far more dangerous and deadly yet perfectly legal alcohol. Legal in all states.

  28. @FusionDeveloper on December 3, 2023 at 2:00 am

Currently the legal limit for THC Cannabis in Florida without a medical marijuana card, is 0 grams.
If this passes, the legal limit will go up to 3 ounces. Even just allowing 1 gram for possession is better than zero grams.
This is about keeping people from being arrested, not voting no because you are greedy and want better laws.
People are dying every day that could have benefited from legalized cannabis and even had their life extended because of it.

  29. @michelleanthes6267 on December 3, 2023 at 2:01 am

Marijuana is less likely to cause impairment compared to alcohol!!

  30. @FusionDeveloper on December 3, 2023 at 2:01 am

The first thing many brainwashed anti-cannabis people think when they consume cannabis for the first time is: "Wow this? How I feel right now… This is what all the fuss is about? This is what the government and news is demonizing as if it turns you into Satan himself? I feel so betrayed by the government and media. If they lied about this, what else have they been bold face lying about?"

  31. @amathonn on December 3, 2023 at 2:02 am

Better this "citizens initiative" merely make it legal for Florida citizens to grow their own pot. Baby steps.

  32. @FusionDeveloper on December 3, 2023 at 2:04 am

The banning of cannabis was based on lies and racism.
Supporting the prohibition of cannabis is supporting malicious prohibition, jail sentencing, evictions, family arguments/fights, people turning to alcohol as a legal alternative and many more problems.
Cannabis prohibition is a massive problem and needs to come to an end immediately.

  33. @FusionDeveloper on December 3, 2023 at 2:06 am

Republican’s like DeSantis won’t let it happen, even if it makes it on the ballot and gets 100% of the votes for "yes".

  34. @deusvult7424 on December 3, 2023 at 2:10 am

So inbetween the lines shes making more money with it being illegal.

  35. @machinegunrilla8629 on December 3, 2023 at 2:13 am

So basically she is attempting to prevent the people from having a say in our laws…

  36. @DanielEvan-kd8cl on December 3, 2023 at 2:17 am

Seriously, the quality would plummet take recreational hemp buds for an example.

  37. @jensonee on December 3, 2023 at 2:18 am

when does this actually go to the supreme court?

  38. @christineklutts4991 on December 3, 2023 at 2:19 am

Let me tell you something if the bigwigs want it done it’ll happen. California has fires How would you like to watchmillion of dollars go up in flames. They are going to move here.

  39. @johngonzalez49999 on December 3, 2023 at 2:19 am

    ban housing authotities

  40. @-Fluxor on December 3, 2023 at 2:21 am

One AG or 50 does not equal the power of the voices those AGs serve. She is not the authority, our votes are.

  41. @2kviper877 on December 3, 2023 at 2:22 am

She will lose 70% of her voters. Let your constituents decide what is best for them.

  42. @TimeTheory2099 on December 3, 2023 at 2:25 am

I’m thinking the AG and her family are invested in medical marijuana, and don’t want it legalized. To get a medical card cost hundreds. The card has to be renewed every year costing hundreds more.
I’m 66 with cancer, it would be nice if I could afford the oil.
