love your videos. new to growing so they are very helpful. Why higher in phosphorus than nitrogen? Don’t you want higher nitrogen in the beginning during the vegetative stage?

Subcool method this is cool to see.

I recommend Neem, Crab, Kelp, & Malted Barley powder @ 1/2cp of each, 2cps Basalt (over azomite), 1 cp oysters shell flour, & 1cp gypsum per cuft. Aka coots mix.

@ 3:20 you throw down a bag of potting mix. Do you add this as well? Little confused. Otherwise, I am definitely trying this come spring.

So close to a great living soil. The “ hot “ mix really doenst need to sit out that long. Throw some malted barley on it and the fungus will do the rest. Throw some worms in there and your golden.

@4:10 I noticed you didn’t remove the cloth bag, just rolled it down. As a landscaper, lol, I can think of any reason to leave it. Especially after you took the time to roll it down almost to the bottom. Just curious…

Just wondering if you messed around with refractometer and BRIX index ? I’ve been using mine to test different "tea’s". Thinking out come relates to source and little to do with ingredients , found refractometer #’s can change greatly from source.

You should look into Korean Natural Farming. Making your own fertilizer is always cool! John KNF and Chris Trump’s YouTubes are good sources for this topic
