I have the same problem in Toronto … I can’t stand this anymore … seriously it is all day and all night sometimes. I don’t know what to do… If I move I will pay double the rent; so moving out of Canada in another country might be a better option … Seriously, this is just non sense; I am for legalization but when it infringe on other people livelyhood, this is wrong!

There is a simple solution. Go buy them a inline fan with a HEPA filter and within 5 minutes the smell will be gone. Tell them to turn it on when they smoke 🚬 and leave it on for up to 30 minutes after they smoke 💨
then maybe the other residents should smoke a bowl and chill the ef out. Its pot. It’s not like he’s smoking meth… and I can guarantee there are people in the building that do that… or **GASP** drinking! *for shame* (rolling my eyes)

a smokers only section on the rooftop of the building might be a good solution. just evict them for disturbance. I am not against marijuana but once it starts effecting other people it becomes a problem. same with tobacco smoke.
Drug Addicts on welfare, section 8 .. its not fair . The same issues in my building . I want to avoid a confrontation . The free air act . If management don’t address the issue they will be sued . Management will be held accountable.
good luck with the law suit lol, its legal, it has also been classified as "medicinal", so you technically are not even allowed to approach someone about it. I have been operating highrises most of my life, and there is NOTHING you can do about it,…trust me, been there, done that. If this passes in law, it will also bring into question, food smells.
