Will 30 minutes on then 30 minutes off spray cycle be good enough?
Actually 30 minutes of fertigation would be WAY too long. Funny, I haven’t looked at this in a long time because our tubs have really advanced since this video was made. Fertigation cycles are still open to debate. We’ve been successful with 100 seconds on and 200 off but we have customers who have gone as extreme as 30 seconds on and 90 minutes off. They have reported "explosive" growth. From my perspective more work needs to be done here. But the power of aeroponics is the oxygenization of the root zone. Too much water could inhibit oxygenization and could lead to root rot.
