  3. Tiff on October 11, 2023 at 10:48 pm

I’m a beginner, I know this might sound strange but is it ok if I could put more than one plant in the flower pot?

for an organic pesticide you can take stinging nettle, crush them up in a bag and throw them in a bucket of water and stir once daily for about two weeks then put the water (filter the stinging nettles out) in a spray bottle and spray it on your plant

This was extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I’m not near your library but I will visit my local library this week. Still one of the best places for information.

  14. Michael Couey on October 11, 2023 at 11:09 pm

Good video, but definitely misnamed. There’s really only 2 or 3 slides in the entire presentation that apply to outdoor only, and those are fairly generic. Your information is good, so you could really change the title to omit the "outdoor" portion of it and potentially attract a much larger viewership

Best beginner’s video I have seen! Great work!

Male plants will not turn a female plant male; it will turn it to seed.

I’ve been growing for about 5 years, this is a pretty good tutorial video on how to grow. Very informative, keep up.the good work.

  35. Michelle Lujan on October 11, 2023 at 11:34 pm

I would like to thank you so much. I appreciate you and the way you explained everything was astonishing to me. Your voice is also smooth and it grabbed my attention to listen and learn from you. You also made my anxiety lower by saying, if you made it this far then you are already doing good. Thank you for showing how to tell if it is male or female. I am growing this plant on accident. I found it in a batch of medicine I purchased, I tossed it in soil with another plant and it has succeeded thus far. I don’t know how it’s gonna turn out but you have made me more conscious. Thank you infinity times.

  36. KKfromSoCal on October 11, 2023 at 11:34 pm

Thank you! This is one of the more informative & uncomplicated videos I’ve come across so far! I like that you provided slides for us visual learners. Luckily, I live in SoCal so it was like this video was made for me. Thank you 🙂

  39. David Anderson on October 11, 2023 at 11:39 pm

Non violent felons don’t go to jail in California. I’m not too worried about my plants. For caterpillars I use BT and check for them every night with a flashlight and tweezers.

Too late to harvest cause the weed is going to be strong weed…

  45. Sick Tricks Productions on October 11, 2023 at 11:46 pm

Here in So Cal Los Angeles area, May 19 starts the 14 hour sunlight cycle and tops out at 14 hours 24 min. June 21 and starts to decline from there. Is that the point when you can expect flowering stage to begin?

  46. Crystal Kim on October 11, 2023 at 11:46 pm

This was very educational and informative. Thank you to Alex and Altadena Library. Highly recommend!
