i love this. definitely a eye opener to hear others paths leading towards this industry. i somehow found my way in this career, and fell in love. i can’t find my heart ever wanting to leave this line of work and environment. 4 years in this industry with 2 years as lead cultivator and sole operator for the 4 facilities practically solely, i proved my ability and outshone all others within the company holding similar positions as mine in separate locations. time flies when you love what you do and plants are sensitive to energy so if your vibe isn’t right then the energy will be off with your plants.
I am currently working in Cultivation in Las Vegas. The pay could be better but this is my first year, I’m not sure what the raises/upward movement looks like.
