If Colorado can allow possession and homegrow, its almost legal enough (need those 2 and the storefronts selling marijuana to really be considered fully legal).
If Washington just allows possession of an ounce, but does not allow homegrows and no storefronts ever open, then its not really legal. Until at least one storefront opens in Washington, the law will remain useless. At least Amsterdam has coffee shops where the marijuana could be bought even if its just 5 grams.
Marijuana is not legal until I could possess that 1 ounce, theres at least 1 marijuana store where adults over 21 could buy it, and I could grow at least 1 plant which Colorado allows in Amendment 64 but not I-502 in Washington.
at least 2 out of those 3 need to happen first!

Possession by itself is really just decrim.
Its 2012, the end is coming. lol jk.
Strange how America is finally showing some common sense on the subject, while in Europe the exact opposite is happening.
