    Yes to Florida recreational Marijuana

  6. @FusionDeveloper on March 7, 2024 at 6:13 am

It’s not the dispensary that wants it legal, it’s the citizens.
A business only wants to sell products that people want to buy. If people didn’t want to buy it, they would close down their business.
People want to buy cannabis, so places selling cannabis, such as dispensaries, want it to be open to the public so that the public who wants it, can buy it.

Republicans will do everything they can, kicking and screaming, to keep people in Florida from being allowed to vote on having yet another freedom.
Get ready for propaganda scare tactics from the GOP.

  13. @nathanas64 on March 7, 2024 at 6:19 am

Definitely support this and I’m a diehard DeSantis supporter !
From a pharmacological point of view marijuana is way safer than alcohol and has been used by humans since antiquity and probably before that.
It is also an excellent pain killer for many conditions.
People should not require a doctor’s permission to use it.

  14. @DonaldCowling-fw5vg on March 7, 2024 at 6:23 am

    Why can’t Florida grown????😎

Stop the thc cap call in Florida senator

  17. @jamesbell739 on March 7, 2024 at 6:28 am

I love how they completely discount the success of other states to push the same propaganda and rhetoric that is easily debunked.

It’ does not cause more people to use MJ nor has it had a damning effect on people in any of the 32 states that have legalized it. They just want another way to keep putting people in jail and extorting money from them through the courts. Fla needs to worry about the cocain and fentanyl issues WAY more than MJ

  18. @godtap on March 7, 2024 at 6:32 am

Recreational use same as spiritual use?

  19. @CHAPOLEEN on March 7, 2024 at 6:33 am

  20. @mikepayne1350 on March 7, 2024 at 6:34 am

They will push the taxes raised and the voters will go for it.

  21. @miccfischer4795 on March 7, 2024 at 6:34 am

Someone needs to educate Moody and all the naysayer’s, have them all tell us how many deaths are caused yearly from alcohol and tobacco! And we should be allowed to grow 2-4 plants ourselves. And not let corporate control it solely.

  22. @edwilson7187 on March 7, 2024 at 6:34 am

Why would they worry about the kids getting pot, they already have all they want even with it being illegal. They money the state would make and the drop in the crime rate would be significant. They could then release the people they put behind bars for something far less dangerous than alcohol.

  23. @MasterSplinter-tm9vn on March 7, 2024 at 6:34 am

We need all 50 states recreational hurry up

  24. @pt3780 on March 7, 2024 at 6:36 am

    legalize it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  25. @shaunstrobel2624 on March 7, 2024 at 6:36 am

Why would you want to reject medical marijuana recreational the government make a lot more money in medical marijuana is better than smoking cigarettes because cigarettes give you cancer and marijuana fight cancer and helps a lot more things than what people think so quit playing stupid and legalize medical marijuana for medical people and recreational like I say, the government would make a lot more money if they would quit playing stupid and legalize it for recreational

  26. @FusionDeveloper on March 7, 2024 at 6:36 am

I don’t trust a man that says he can’t stand the smell of flowers.

  27. @victorbruce5772 on March 7, 2024 at 6:37 am

FL AG Ashley Moody tells Supreme Court the amendment is misleading, should not be allowed on ballot. Saying the amendment cannot allow marijuana because it is not allowed by federal law.

She is saying the current medical marijuana amendment which allows marijuana is faulty, and should not have been allowed on the ballot. likewise that all state legislators and agency officials having anything to do with implementing laws, rules and policy allowing marijuana for unlawful medical use are in violation of the law.

  28. @shaunstrobel2624 on March 7, 2024 at 6:38 am

That girl says that marijuana is like crack crack will freaking kill you. Marijuana will never kill you, unless if it is mixed with some other drugs.

  29. @tacoman3000 on March 7, 2024 at 6:39 am

    Hell yeah legalize it!

  30. @kevinthebigwilleywilley2717 on March 7, 2024 at 6:39 am

Some of these opponents really irritate me luckily I don’t speak wrong fluently so…. come on people get with the program if you can’t see from the evidence from the legalization for medical use that the benefits out weigh the mostly over exaggerated risks and make this legal for adult use. Too much to ramble on about hear but I am tired of big government treating me like a child telling me I can’t have a cookie before dinner

  31. @QbnAmCan on March 7, 2024 at 6:39 am

They need to legalize and pardon all misdemeanor marijuana convictions,I was deported for possession of less than 2 grams.I was a tax paying resident who lived in Florida for the majority of my life.

  35. @vivavasquez on March 7, 2024 at 6:45 am

DeSantanic needs to smoke a joint , perhaps he would mellow out and stop being such a fascist .

  37. @RobbyZander on March 7, 2024 at 6:49 am

I can’t believe people actually think weed is dangerous. People are dangerous, weed doesn’t make them dangerous.

  38. @watchmesk8betta on March 7, 2024 at 6:50 am

It’s easier to get weed from the government than food stamps

  39. @dragonflygenetics420 on March 7, 2024 at 6:51 am

It’s funny how blindly the people that are against cannabis in Florida act like it’s not already happening. Cannabis isn’t being used in fl. What a joke. Cannabis is the only gateway drug to keep people in jail because they can p*** test you every month and catch you on marijuana

  40. @M3TALG0DS on March 7, 2024 at 6:52 am

Careful. Desantis may say no because hell think weed makes ppl woke. 😂😂

  41. @stevebricks on March 7, 2024 at 6:54 am

Let’s go Florida – We love our freedoms. Weed has helped me where the VA has failed me. Love that bud.

  42. @Bryan-uf3xf on March 7, 2024 at 6:54 am

I really hope they stop making Marijuana look worse then alcohol I personally have never gotten drunk or drank alcohol and am proud to say it I grew up watching people drink alcohol and they would always get irritated and start arguing and fighting for the smallest things and in the other hand Marijuana more less intoxicating and more relaxing and enjoyable filled with laughter and good times including munchies I really hope they pass the bill am a proud supporter let’s make this world a better place and help those that are in need of help legally LET GOO 💚

  43. @worldcannabisclubtv1130 on March 7, 2024 at 6:58 am

    C’mon DeSantis whats the holdup?

  45. @jamesjirik2245 on March 7, 2024 at 7:00 am

First off women should not have a say so men or workers we deal with severe pain all the time we’re treated like garbage. Yes women have pain too, but I’m saying we should be treated differently because we have to be out there in the workforce working our ass off all the time and I have severe back pain I could use Vicodin well guess what they gave it to me for years then just took it away. It really sucks. Pain management is a serious issue. You guys are way behind the times in Florida time to get with it.

  46. @user-nc7xr8us7n on March 7, 2024 at 7:01 am

Look at the price if you don’t.

  47. @FusionDeveloper on March 7, 2024 at 7:04 am

Healthcare costs go down due to cannabis use due to it’s medicinal properties.
If you are against cannabis, you should be far more strongly against alcohol and tobacco, which are the bad intoxicants.
Even caffeine is more dangerous than cannabis. Many people die from caffeine overdose.

  48. @victorbruce5772 on March 7, 2024 at 7:04 am

THC is legal, FDA approved, in Marinol (Dronabinol), CBD is legal, FDA approved in Epidiolex, Hemp is legal again, US Farm Bill.

What part of the plant is still illegal?
